Nigger and spic thugs in CA about to get the hammer dropped on them due to Prop 36

Jfl if prop 36 goes through they're gonna start filling up the prisons again with nigger and spic thugs.

They've been getting away with stealing for the past 10 years ever since prop 47 got passed. When prop 47 went through back in 2014 they could steal as long as it was under a certain amount and it would be considered a misdemeanor.
