Venting New Girl In Work Sits Facing Me but doesn't even look at me

For the past few months there has been a new girl in the office where I work. She is probably a 5/6 but she has really bad body and skin in my opinion. One of those 12 year old boy type bodies with no tits or arse that feminists and lesbians decided was attractive because Marilyn Monroe bodies were much rarer so didn't want a lot of girls left out but I'm not fucking fooled. Her face is average and her skin is dull and spotty as she's only 25 and most of the time in work she isn't covered in makeup like she is on her slutgram and facecuck posts. She also wears glasses.

The thing is one of my best friends is the director of the company and he is how I got the job there. He is a bit overweight but is a decent looking guy and I've heard girls call him good looking in the past (although they looked like shit to be fair). Anyway she spends the whole day laughing and giggling at his jokes and eyeing him up right past me. She is not nasty to me or anything but when I interact with her she either looks uninterested or is looking at him halfway through answering me. It is fucking infuriating because I now have to spend 8 hours a day facing this.

He knows my issues but I'm thinking about telling him about this and saying that I may have to leave the company because of it. The problem is that besides this it is a cushy job and this puts him in a very awkward position. I am irreplaceable in my job but she does one of those shitty minimum wage woman type jobs, social marketing, i.e. tweeting about the company now and again and has a lawyer boyfriend who is likely on a lot of money and finances her.

Because it's an all day every day battering of my confidence and self esteem which is pretty much non-existent anyway. To see the very reaction that I want from a girl being given to my friend sitting right next to me.
