Neijuan: omnipresent hyper-competitiveness. (A must read post)

Hyper-competitiveness IS bad. No two ways about it. It leads to immoral behaviors. All the innovators succeed because of the freedom they are afforded. Hyper competitiveness, on the other hand, locks you into a rigid framework.
Exactly.

One example of this is 6'4" guys wearing lifts so they seem even taller.
MSTOWs may be delusional copers but one thing they're right about is that the only winning move is not to play.
Good results make you look for more of them and that will eventually make the results at the beginning now not worth shit to you. :bigbrain:

Economic, when the cake become bigger every year the competition is less ferocious than when the economic grow is weak. To get back to your fast food example, it's harder for McDonald now than its was 20+ years ago. Just look at their location, decreasing every year.
Yeah, the fast food industry as a whole has been struggling despite the popularity of doordash/ubereats. Part of it is people are becoming more "health conscious" which often means going for options that have the illusion of being "healthy" (when they're anything but) but fast food doesn't even have the illusion of being healthy.

But the main reason is the cost. Low prices were the main appeal of fast food, but fast food is simply not cheap anymore. One thing they're doing in an attempt to bring down costs is having less employees, so for example, 4 employees would be doing the workload that 6 employees were doing years ago. This makes the job more stressful and also more competitive since it means fewer positions.

That said even if an industry is doing well, that doesn't mean getting a job in the field will be easy. I've applied to work at amazon warehouses multiple times and never heard back from them. Really everything has become hyper-competitive.

In order for it to be easy to get a job in a field, that industry has to be booming and there needs to be highly technical requirements and a lack of people who meet those requirements. The AI field is like that now, but given how popular AI is, it won't be like that for long, and the market will be as oversaturated as everything else.

South korean kids have 14 hour school days + homework. The end goal is 14 hour work days in a prestigeous Seoul company. If you fail, you have to either work 18 hour days in some shit job or be a hobo.
it literally drives them to suicide
its life fuel for me I suppose bc I realize i dont have to be a literal slave for every waking minute of my life.
Im baffled their system hasnt collapsed, faced a revolution, or ppl arent willingly becoming inmates just to have more freedom. Literally. in 99% of cases that is an oxymoron, but becoming imprisoned would mean so much more freedom

That's the system that Americans want. Hopefully America will champion 4 hour days at full pay paced with inflation.

mstows still play. they still pay taxes, they still pay child support, they haven't deleted their exes yet, they whine about muh w*men 24/7, they are fully agecucked muh man up bootstraps boomers. the only people who don't play are the neets :smonk:

Just dropped a fucking neegga in ur profile

I think an ideal society would have a simplified law, something that could fit in a reasonably sized book. And that book would encompass every facet of the law. The rules wouldn't be in autistic detail, but instead make it clear what the law is intending to require or prevent. The spirit of the rule would be enforced, instead of enforcing the law to the letter, which allows retarded technicalities. Then again a lot of this isn't even a problem with the system per se , it's a people problem.
yeah it's also in lawyers' interest to have a legal system that's completely non-navigable by the average or even above average person. add to that that they can and will add, modify or remove a bunch of laws regularly. and much of the point of this is complete enslavement of the goylem who will feel crushed under all the regulation. these days you can't get fucking anything done in most of the western world without an army of lawyers or friends in the government. yeah, simpler laws and many independent judges who are presented a summary of a case at the end could work much better. honestly AI could replace many of the niemands "working" in government. you rarely solve anything by overcomplication

I have to try hard to enjoy my gaming cope

this explains why i went from being esports level cracked in fps games, to fucking dogshit
All the adhd zoomers are "locking in".
I tried some random steam game recently, and some faggot on the enemy team was acting like his life depends on that quickaply match.
He said hes "just an aimer." (spends 3h a day in aim trainers.) then leans forward in his chair face 8 inches from screen to try and dominate quickplay matches of no consequence whatsoever
cant even try out new games properly

It bothers me how much normies normalize hyper competition. You sent 100 cvs and got 0 replies? Send more. Edit your CV. Learn new skills. Train your interviewing skills. Just to get a min wage job.

You're a 27 yo guy who is fit and makes more money than most people? Make more. And hit the gym. Exercise even harder if you want a chance at a 4/10 gf.

And as someone has mentioned in videogames. I never play cod or CSGO or Tekken online or any multiplayer game because I'm consistently destroyed. Online video games have never been fun to me due to the excessive difficulty.
I’m pretty decent at counter strike here but yea there’s always so many moggers

Top tier post.

I've noticed the "eternal status contest" has been creeping into every aspect of our lives. It extends way beyond just getting jobs and playing competitive games.

Optimization is wickedness.
Is it though

high iq post. what seems to be the name of some player from the second division of chilean football league actually has a deep meaning. neijuan.

I see this tryhardism in everything, the modern internet is made to show how inferior we are in relation to everything.

Everything I try to do is instantly shown in my face by thousands who do it better, ultra mog, especially by japs and chinks, these are natural born try harders, gaming, art, design, coding, AI, everything, while westerns are supposedly to mog these in looks, these can and will mog in skills.

Brutality. The one who will suffer?! The incel, ofc.
Lol

this cringecel just necroed an old post to contradict 3 ppl. Just fuck instead lmfao
