The picture below illustrates the issue. The bone underneath the eyes are recessed and behind the surface of the eye causing under eye hollowness, prominent eyes, weak bone structure and an aged appearance. Worst part is for someone with a below average orbital vector it will only get worse due to aging, since the bone moves further back. When you have a severe version of this trait, it destroys the aesthetics of this eye area, and almost guarantees a sub4 face, even if other features are average or above. Even more alarming is that the parts of the face are interconnected, meaning this impacts the aesthetics of other areas too, it can cause a prominent beak nose, scleral show, white showing under iris, and could also result in low set cheekbones, flat cheekbones, recessed jawbone and chin.

Yeah I know what you're describing, it's really bad, ruins the whole eye area by itself.

having that isnt bad for health or anything right?

Infraorbital rim implants.

Not as far as I am aware, unless maybe it's syndrome tier. But facial aesthetics>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>health.
