It's relatively abstract on purpose, but to me it seems like the author is describing what it feels like to jump from a tall building, because of a foid that left him, apparently. It's all in the first verse

Yes your translation is correct, but just knowing Russian doesn't really help you to understand what the song is about. Unless someone can find an interview with the band or something where they explain it, we don't know 100%.

Having looked at the lyrics, I wouldn't assume it's about jumping off a building. It could be? Maybe the title hints at that? In the second verse he says about getting smeared on the wall. If he had've said smeared on the floor that would be more in line with the jumping theory. Also the first line with the comma, is ambigous. Running upwards and crying out upwards? Or running horizontally and crying out upwards?

I suppose the best thing to do would be try to find a fan community and ask them.
