The only way to stop is to detach yourself from the internet and technology. Which is difficult. And you need to regulate your fap habits, ie recognise when you're at your horniest and when it's best to fap without draining your energy. Keep fap sessions short and try to fap "organically", using your imagination/pictures, rather than hardcore 8k Brazilian scat porn.
