29 pounds to lose. Shouldn't be that hard. I'll start with two days food free. Then I'll proceed to a 500 calorie deficit for the next two weeks. Finally I'll raise my calorie intake to 1000 untill May.
 
Why would you want to weigh less then 160? That's normal weight

I'm down to 212lb now and will keep losing till I'm at least 20% body fat (ik it's still kinda chubby but it should be good enough)

Very nice progress. If you keep on a deficit you should be at a healthy weight in a year.

I wish I could starve more but I'll lose a lot of muscle I think :(

I plan on running a lot more on the local trails this year, and do some interval sessions maybe twice per week on the local track.
I hope that I'm able to make working out feel like muscle memory again, to the point where it feels natural instead of trying to force myself.
