To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand postmaxing. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of classic literature, social sciences and stem most of the jokes will go over a typical user's head. There's also the postmaxer's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into their performance art - their superior philosophy draws heavily from Absurdism and the Vedas, for instance. Their fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of postmaxing, to realize that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE.
As a consequence people who dislike postmaxing truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in @AlexanderTheGreat11's catchphrase "Interesting," which itself is a cryptic reference to Einstein's quote on irrelevance of everyone. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as @Animecel2D 's genius unfolds itself on their PC or smartphone screen. What fools... how I pity them.
And yes by the way, I DO have a pornographic Hamlossus feat @Yerberito tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for @knajjd's eyes only- And even he had to demonstrate that he's within 5 IQ points of my own beforehand.
