Serious my teeth have never been yellow before until now

depression has taken over, i dont brush for 6 days in a row sometimes and still eat with that shit. the most i do is a mouth wash so it doesnt smell.
looked at my teeth today, holy shit. its never been yellow.
now all of a sudden its yellow
fml.
any remedies anyone know to remove the yellow stain? also can any scientist cels explain why your teeth become yellow im too lazy to switch tabs, and jewgle this crap.
