My sister is everything i'm not. She's smarter than me. At 15 she's won math competitions and got awards for it. My parents didn't even give me a opprtunity to make myself a bank account as a teen because i wasnt mature enough for it but gave my sister her own bank account at 14. She never showers. She barely makes up her bed and eats junk food all day and still has better skin than me. A guy in her class asked her out on prom but she politely declined and choose the neighbour across.

To make the matters worse she came into my room and told me

I can see your point of view. To some extend many people regardless of succes have to put in the work to simply make ends meet. One thing I've realized is that sometimes best work is one done occasionally, at least for me. I used to be in this obssesive range of endless studiying and improving that led me nowhere both physically and mentally. For example I used to work out almost daily my abs and hit the same ab workout every single day after school for almost a month and got nowhere. I tried same for push ups and I wasn't even able to do one rep of one arm.
Was it bad workout? Did I not try hard enough? Idk but i do know not just that I learned to do one arm push up and L sit by taking more time to rest or by searching other "smarter" ways to reach my goals while resting more.
