For the past 20 years or so i've went to bed at between 22:30PM and 23:00PM on weekdays. Right now this has only gotten me about 6hrs of sleep, which is not enough on weekdays. Yesterday i went to bed at 20:15PM and i actually fell asleep in 20 minutes or so and slept for about 7hrs and 45 minutes, (counting waking up once at night and falling asleep again after 20 mins or so) According to AI it takes between 6-12 weeks to change your sleep schedule completely.

I'm doing this to improve myself healthwise. I'm actually looking forward to going to sleep early, sleep is a great cope tbh. Alot of people complain and tell me like: "You wont get as much free time after work" But i always counter with the claim that my health is more important than awake time. I can really recommend going to sleep early. Some people will call you boring, grandpa etc but they are often psycopaths. Did you know that being a night owl is often linked to narcissism and psychopathy? That's why alot of foids stay up late. They stay up late to "make plans" and destroy their BF/Betabuxxers life, cheat on them etc. It's ingrained in them, i'm sure of it.

If you're a NEET, sure go for it. But if you have to get up at 05:20AM every weekday then it's not very wise to go to bed at past 21:00PM.
 
I sleep at 4:00-6:00 AM and wake up 11:00 - 13:00 in the noon.
 
I went to bed at 2 am yesterday and fell asleep at 3 am or so because I have browsed .is again. kek

It's getting better though, as I am readjusting my sleep schedule.

Nah, I am just on sick leave atm. Next week I will be wageslaving again. kek

But I plan on escaping that shit eventually.

When you sleep your brain works at the same frequency as it did during your childhood aka formative years.

During this period it is possible to positively change your mental state over time.

I would have probably roped a long time ago, had I not done this for a few weeks.

I want to do it again, but must find the time to record some behaviours that I want to see from myself.

sleeping early makes me feel good, but after i realize when i wake up i got nothing better to do i just feel disgusted
 
i think it's a good idea, i am susceptible to waking up at sunrise, or experiencing cortisol and adrenaline spikes late at night, the older i get the worse all that shit gets also, so maybe old people are onto something
 
Talking about sleep, you said it is important and I fixed mine after being sleep deprived.

I skipped nights so
Day 1 - 12 hours of sleep
Day 2 - 4 hours of sleep cause I wasnt tired
Day 3 - 8 hours of sleep
Day 4 - 7 hours of sleep
Day 5 (now) - 8 hours of sleep.

Slowly getting there again.
Being sleep deprived feels like hell
