Every day I try, it's not so much that it's mwga addictive per se it's just that nothing else helps with fatigue. I end up being unable to stay out of bed when I don't take it, so in the afternoon after rotting all day I cave and take some just so I can do basic shit.

I'm trying to quit because I'm doing TMS right now and I need my neuroplasticity to be at max so no drugs. Fatigue is such a fucking brutal incel trait man I eat healthy I sleep 10 hours a night I do everything right but It's a huge struggle just to not spend every hour lying in bed:lasereyes:
 
Do you get all the vitamins, nutrients etc. you need daily, as well as exercise? Sounds like you're deficient in something, might be worth going to the doctor and getting your blood levels checked.

It's not for everyone. Prob for the best to not make a habit of it in any case although it's easier on the body than other substances. If it was smoke shop kratom that makes sense too that shit is floor sweepings, decent kratom has to be bought online.

Bloodwork is all within range. I take my goy vitamins and eat whole grains veggies fruits and shit. Go to the gym right before closing when it's almost empty. Getting a sleep study agai soon but I would be surprised if that's the problem, I've done one before and wear a sleep tracker.

Nothing useful. They just order new bloodwork and shrug when nothing comes up

The withdrawal isn't that bad really as long as you're on powder and not extracts

Lol try coming off it then if it isnt so addictive, thats jus addict cope youre in denial. You need to replace it with either a new drug that gives you the same relief or a sober coping strat/tool that brings the same or similar relief so you can stay off kratom. Yeah the wd isnt as bad as other opioids but trust me it still gives that same restless insomniac pissed off cold sweat feeling if youve abused this for a prolonged period

Nah it's usually easy. Should have mentioned too I'm on antidepressants that bind to the same receptors as kratom, so no kratom gives me antidepressant withdrawal. Before the current jewpills I could take a break after binging it for a week and just have a mild headache, easily ignorable. I assume the antidepressant withdrawal is responsible for some of the fatigue, but it's been a problem for years before that and steadily getting worse.

No clue. I'll go to a new doctor, new doctor orders bloodwork, bloodwork returns normal, doctor shrugs and cycle repeats

About ehhhhhh mayb 6-8 months? i started jus once a day 5gs and by the end i was at 50-100 gpd lol so i will say ymmv it might b easier 4 u i abused it hard along with other drugs at the time

I didn't care for the taste i would jus slam it becuz my mental was horrific soberly so it overrode the taste, its nice you could, these days i can but during that time it was pretty bad

Yeah, it was a couple of things, mainly getting better employment and anger towards needing drugs to function, i transferred my anger into the gym and it helped a lot in keeping me distracted and hardening up my physique, the nights were still brutal though since i was jus alone with myself

its a long story tbh, honestly learning about it alone with no mentor is a long journey but at least the experienced guys can share what works and what doesnt then you must apply that irl and be consistent with it and track if its working or not and go from there. idk in my head its so 2nd nature but i forget that when youre starting you have not much knowledge jus imprinted in ur brain, so i understand. alex leonidas and geoffrey verity schofield are who id recommend to get u started. that is if youre wanting to weight train. for diet id prob recommend jeff nippard but the other two also have good vids if i recall, its been a while since ive watched youtubers regarding fitness but i can stand by the top 3 as they helped me. rich piana is good as well mentality wise. theres so many guys with good advice its hard for me to pick from them all:feelsaww:

if you like science id also recommend learning about basic endocrinology, and then the mechanisms behind tissue growth regarding muscle and bone, along with lipolysis and metabolism + metabolic diseases, this will aid in you combining the two so you can build your body up the best way, but to keep it simple learn about diet, proper training techniques, and the importance of recovery and you have 90% of it. Its one step at a time, it wont happen overnight tbh

i've fully given up on quitting any drugs, i've just accepted im a addict and won't be going back, hope quitting works for you though

Brutal maine. You can still mkderate at least. Kratom keeps me sober off other stuff, I don't want to quit it permanently just until the tms is finished

thats what i do im just trying to do moderate my use now so i dont waste as much money
