I haven't been online for more than 2 years because of my studies , and what else can i imagine . Just 6 months ago i triggered something in my nervous system doing a ritual which activated my prefrontal cortex which was hijack for so long time because of hypersensitivity amygdala due to extreme trauma ,when the prefrontal cortex was online i literary can sense extreme happiness can apply logic and critical thinking was into politics and science but 1 month ago i took a psychoactive drug for sleep zolpidem which again brought me back to my hypersensitive dysregulated nervous system. I can't live with this system constantly scanning for threats , i can't even see people it just sends me into fight or flight mode. I might go to a psychiatric doctor soon
