My neighbors never shut up aaaa

They moved in like 1 month ago and not exaggerating do this people ever leave their house or shut up? No kidding they can spend from 2/3pm until lunch time in the balcony talking, then eat dinner and keep the chat until midnight kek. Don't they have work or go out to buy groceries, gym, etc? They're 4, I think 3 men and a foid. Worst of all is that they're Polish and Romanian (I hear "kurwa" all the time ) so I can't understand shit what they're talking about and be entertained. Sometimes they speak few words in Spanish or English but I'm sure 90% of the time they're talking in Polish so I dunno how the Romanian guy understands them. At least they don't put loud music but sometimes they burst into laughter or shout which can get a bit annoying.
