My mouse grip feels super inconsistent every time i play games

Idk if i am gripping my mouse too tightly or what, after like 10 minutes of playing i find it really hard to grip my mouse. My fingers get super tense and triggery( idk what the right term is but what i mean is that they get kinda locked). I have a clawish mouse grip. Maybe my mouse is too heavy. Idk. I don't wanna tell too much info since i don't want anyone in my family to find out i post here lol.

I have a hole inside my mouse around thumb holding area with rubber pads. Last time those assholes didn't want to replace it after sensor broke (just ignore it getting smashed against desk few times )

I have deathadder and i can relax my hand on it for the most part. Only last two fingers are not that comfortable.
