Picked up some dumbbells today and tried exercising for the first time in months. I started off with my legs and I started feeling lightheaded. I always feel lightheaded after leg day or running, but today I feel a lot more lightheaded than usual. I didn't even do that much, not even 25% into my workout and I had to stop because I started feeling lightheaded. My head feels like it's about to explode. Sinusitiscels, do not do leg day.
