JFL My hamster slept on his piss and got inflammation in his eye

I have two small hamsters, my dad takes care of it because my sister brought them in. Anyway, they are dirty animals and frequently leave piss/poop on their living area and playing field.

One of my hamsters slept on the piss he has pissed earlier, and as a result, his eye got a inflammation and was a bit red.

He recovered now. Jeez, hamsters are really stupid creatures lol.
