PS1 for home consoles and GBA for handhelds imho
Consoles:
1) Dreamcast (far ahead of its time with features, graphics were amazing at the time, a few games I will always cherish on it)
2) PS2 (just for its massive library and making gaming mainstream)
3) TurboGrafx16/PC Engine (it's a shame the West didn't see most of the games there. I've found so many unique hidden gems on it.)
Handheld:
PSP is the only one I ever owned, and that was mainly for bringing pirated shit to work to listen to.

The dreamcast had a shitty drive though. Loud af.
I too owned a PSP but then I've seen the Nintendo DS and the games and I regretted buying a PSP.
Imo, console gaming died with the release of the PS4, XBOX one and Nintendo Switch.
And I am saying that as an XBOX One and Series X owner.
Two collegues at work own a PS5 and they aren't impressed either.
The only thing they hated about their PS4 was the noise.
XBOX simply sucks nowadays beecause of how shitty Microsoft is.
I wish Microsoft would give up and let Sega take over Xbox.
Simply call it Sega Xbox or so.
3ds and OG Wii are fucking great. Although the 3D feature was kind of gimmicky and made my eyes hurt, there was still some cool moments with it
