On top of that, he has worse eyesight than I and wore thicker glasses + was arguably more socially clueless than I was at that age (rejected multiple girls due to misreading their blatant flirting)
But random girls, including complete strangers, would cold approach him to the point of harassment: either stealing his school textbook and promising to give it back after he takes them out on a date, or accosting him in public
Of course, 5'10 HTNs were probably rarer in late twentieth century Korea than in the Western World, but he wasn't a chad (I think)
