a couple weeks ago I overheard a huge argument between my parents. it started because my dad went to a casino the night before without saying anything before leaving. it eventually devolved into them talking about splitting up and my mom implying my dad is cheating on her because he sent some heart emojis to another foid or something.
sometimes it's annoying because it interrupts my day, but it can also be very entertaining. every time my family members are fighting in front of me I have to hold in my laughter so they don't think I'm some kind of sociopath.

Reminds me of what happened about 10 years ago or so, when my dad was freaking out over some co-worker or other acquitance of my mom sending her a single text message where he was being a bit flirty in a cringe way, calling her "sweetie" or something like that. Dad was freaking out, Mom had no idea what to say and was annoyed, my sister was crying and screaming that she doesn't want them to divorce, and I was like this:

My parents used to always argue in front of me when I lived with them. I was also anxious because my dad would beat my mom so I wouldn't know if he was about to.
