Mental health: no difference, I feel the exact same.

Weight loss: Around 3 KG

Strength: I have definitely gotten stronger, but I have a long way to go.

Foids: nonexistent

Why am I gymcelling? I have nothing to do and I need to lose weight and build muscle. I have been overweight my whole life and want to see if there is a good bone structure underneath. I can already tell that my frame is not that good, my hips are wide and my shoulders aren’t wide. My genetic potential seems low.

Another reason is that I don’t want to have lost respect from other men because of my physique. If I a nicer body I hope that men will start respecting me more.

I know it is all cope, but it’s cope or rope. Hoping to continue gymcelling until I lose around 20 KG at least.
 
Inb4 calorie deficit bro! Gym has nothing to do with weight loss!

I know, I am in a calorie deficit which caused the 3 KG weight loss. The gym is to build muscle at the same time and prevent muscle loss from a caloric deficit.

I mitigate this by going at times when there are fewer people, or the demographic is different from zoomers and foids.

U can lose 6kg
 
Anyway I am not a gymbro but just eat shittons of protein and like 1k-1.2k below ur TDEE and u can easily lose 6kg a month and build muscles at the same time with the fat u lose.

For other exercise just run or go swimming pool

Gymcelling isn’t a cope. If you really do build an ideal physique, I’m sure you’ll have more success in attracting women.

yh i think i have said it often here, but i fucking hate a good amount of people at my gym
its literally just couples flaunting, and half naked women.

It is mental torture, but idk, if i dont workout i will feel even worse

Many users can, especially fat ones. It takes too much dedication and hard work to consistently gymcel so most people cannot do it.

3 kg is a good amount, 6 would be pushing it and preventing gains.

I’ll give a ballpark because I don’t want to be too specific.

170-175 cm. 80-90 kg. In other words truecel tier.
5’8 isn’t even that short.

Unless you’re like a legit 3/10 or lower, having a physique like the one above should work. Obviously if you have a face like Raoul Bova, you’d have better results, but you should still be able to pull some women.

It’s worked for people that I know IRL. I’m a farce l right now, but when I did play sports growing up, there were women that showed interest (I’m tall too tbf).

I'm in a similar spot.

I am 178cm and 79kg now (started from 100kg at start of the year).

I think I will up my calorie limit slightly but I'll see at the end of this month how much I lose. I wanna be in a 5kg a month bracket loss, I think I might go a bit over. But I am still growing muscles because I am eating shittons of protein, literally my entire diet is just protein :feelskek:

So maybe I'll let this continue idk.

I need to reach 62kg before April and 10% BF, I think I am 22-24% BF right now. I'll try to aim for 4kg a month cut, I'll adjust after this month results come in, I'm monitoring my weight loss.

I'm getting leanmaxxed ASF before my SEAmaxx in April 2025. At least I will mog all the passport bros who can't be bothered to leanmaxx because they just think asian women will fall on their dick.

I'm not a massive gymbro, but I'm doing strength workouts mostly focus on my arms, then I do separate days for core/abs/six + swimming 3 times a week for 1km+ each session.

But, I have a lot of fat on me. I estimate 22% right now. At 79kg 178cm tall. So my question is, should I continue into heavy calorie deficit while eating shittons of protein + CitrulineL and BCAA/Protein powder and continue my workout regime.

Or should I up my calories and slow down my leanmaxxing to 3-4kg loss a month?

I need to have my body ready by April 2025, it seems doable but I might not put in enough muscles, idk I am kinda winging it. I am upping my weights every 2-3 weeks or less if I feel like it.

What is your advice, you sound like a gymbro.

I’m not the person to ask tbh. I’m just getting started myself. I used to exercise regularly, but it was mostly on my own. I’m sure there are gymcels here that are a lot further along than me. I think it would probably benefit most gymcels to go to a gym and get a trainer.
