So I dont make alot of food but I do try to make some good snacks. This is a uniqe one I discovered in a attempt to subsitute honey butter. I call it Syrup butter. The reverse of butter syrup.
You cut room temp chunks(you really want them room temp exceptions arent gonna do you good) and you pour enough syrup just enough to coat the butter. Ideally you have 60-70 percent butter with 30-40 percent syrup.
Them you mash & mix it with a fork and it wont he easy at first. But once you make 3 mashes itll be easyer to mix up. Add on cheap ass eggo waffles and enjoy.
