Serious My computer is dead, it turns on and then off

This morning i tried turning my computer on, it did turn on, and i did login, and then the screen, the image slided or wiggled then it turn off, my computer was constantly turning on and off. What should I do? I don't know about computer anatomy!
I got this comouter in janunary of 2023, the seller said it was used, it was affordable, my warrant has expired by now, i believe. At least my monitor is working. Its over.
I just wanted to have a computer of my own.

remove the gpu and try powering it using the iGPU

I got it in 2019 for CAT
Battery wasn't charging since December last year

When I tried yesterday to plug it in the charger
It wasnt charging(the light for when its charging wasnt on)
Thanks to Cupcale fucking it up in government, jobs are scarce
