Venting My breath problems don't let me sleep

I have been some days sleeping a shit, less than 3 hours by night. And it's due my nose problems that don't let me breath. Turbinates hypertrophy feels like having a fucking wall in the nose than prevents me from breath, it's horrible and limits me a lot.

I have been doing it for more than a decade but it's not that easy because I always have the nose full of mucus and shit, it's annoying and sometimes my throat is completely dry, it doesn't matter how much I drink

Yes, I have tried it for years and it was a shit, the doctor sent me that meds and it didn't help me. After that the retarded doctor gave me a surgery but that faggot refused to remove the turbinates and the surgery he gave me barely reduced a few of turbinates size and that retarded 5 months ago blamed for not taking my meds and kicked me out of his cosoult permanently because "I have a lot of patients and I don't want to lose my time with someone who doesn't follow the treatment" I was for years with that stupid meds and it didn't shit @Grodd
