My brain is fried

I've never been this rock bottom in my life, I think it might only get worse from here.

I can't go into the details, but bascially I can't do anythng. My sleep schedule's never been worse. I eat terrible, i dont go to school anymore and i just watch sutpid youtube drama and play vidya all day and 0 enjoyment. I fucking hate this.

Same i go to sleep at like 05:00 and wake up at 08:00 or later and I have become addicted to fasting
But I do go to university which makes everything even worse as I just don't have the energy to study or do anything, sometimes I literally spend hours just staring at a wall because I know nothing else will bring me any sort of pleasure so why try might as well make the time pass.
