This post contains some of my archived Roblox military documents, of a division called SOCOM/Delta (they are the same group with different naming) that I led or was involved in, for years, from 2017-2023 (today is 26 July 2026)
None of these documents are relevant to the 2026 SOCOM, which has a new CO, so I decided to release them for a case study.
For my experience as a leader, you can check out this post.

The documents are not ranked by order and do not come with images or formatting style.
Secret documents are released to officer+ eyes only, these contain hosting instructions and lower level debates.
Some of the documents were top secret, aka being released for high command+ eyes only, but none of them are secret in 2026.
Some of the documents were written by me (NS_Shard, SoldierShard, storm0ps, Shardrogue, black0ps0perator), some of them were not. Some of them comes with a signature detailing who written it.
As stated, the documents came from different eras, so there may be inconsistent procedures on how things were supposed to be done.

My life as a Roblox elite division leader
My name is NS_Shard/Shardrogue/storm0ps. With my foot currently recovering from a severe Cellitus infection due to testing programs outside, a glimpse of nostalgia flooded my mind. It is now July 24 of 2026. I'm now a lonely, disrespected, burnt out, and a poorly paid software developer in a...

DELTA FORCE PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT, 2022
DELTA FORCE
Public announcement of latest weekend news!
ABOUT:
The Delta force is the prime division of the USAF. It was known throughout its eras as Black Ops, led by SGTEman and then SOCOM, led by Dullnoobpwner before being settled as Delta Force, led by black0ps0perator (and overseer as dull).
The Delta Force division is known for its spawn of victorious results and its excellence in activity, skills, experience and combat records.
The Delta Force is proud to announce a few important news to the general public of the USAF to demonstrate a part of our operations and how we perform in the actual actions. This is the first time the Delta Force releases its wins in detail to the public.
In this Week, the Delta Force has achieved more than 5 victories in scrimmages against other groups and their divisions. This is a new record for Delta Force and USAF, as no divisions were capable of winning that much in the past. We made it possible.
PS documented date may vary depending on your time zone. The documentation date is based on GMT+8.
9/22/18
It all began with a battle against VL on plains of Varcia, in which we overshadowed their well trained troops and finally took the terminal with us, making it the first victory of the week.
9/23/18
On the following day, our Delta Force scrimmed against RedHood’s SRR, in which we had shown absolute dominance over their soldiers. There aren’t anything they can throw at us to stop us at our tracks.
On the same day as the SRR scrim, our Delta Force was apparent fighting against another battle against a combination of SASR, VL and SRR soldiers, on the map Labs, belong to a former group named SURGE. Despite their hesitate to scrim us at the Labs, they eventually did it and the result was a win for us.
For the following days, we focused on training on combat and gunfighting skills, techniques to prepare for the upcoming scrims scheduled.
9/26/18
It was in after three days of hard training, we had decided to get back on the tracks. We fought against Mexican army with the regular team, without myself there. My men plowed through those Mexicans, without any carries. It was a close round though, but nonetheless we still achieved the win.
9/27/18
After the day, we fought against MEX again but this time with a slightly more skilled team. The results were further.
9/29 /18
In the following day, we had a scrim against VL in which members of Delta and VL fought in 6v6 battles.
9/30/18
First beginning with Polish Armed Forces led by TheNavyKnight and with some MARSOC. The battle were scheduled to be played with our regular team.
Next is the decisive battle against the well trained BA SAS, in which our elite team, fought against them hard and achieved a win! That was an major victory and moral boost for us.
At the same time of the BA SAS scrim, the regular team, led by me, fought against the other USAF special force division MARSOC, and achieved a win.
That night, we fought against F.S.A which was a small Spanish speaking clan led by Astrologic. They were tough opponents, considering their lag and latency. Was gonna be an 4-0 but I called the round off because the last round was too laggy, and I suspect there was an aimbotter.
At about 1AM EST, we fought against AUS’s SASR division with our regular team, and we were able to achieve an victory.
On about 9AM EST (9PM in GMT+8), we fought against a group called Greek Special Forces, in which one of their member claims to be capable of 1v6ing the Delta members. We fulfilled their wish in the form of a 2v2.
Later at 10PM GMT+8, we fought against SASR on the Plains of Varcia, in which our team has successfully achieved a victory. Unfortunately not many screenshots were available.
10/1/18
The first win, due to kicking and AA from F52 staff, it is considered a autowin. Nonetheless we still got a round victory.
There is the SAF scrim which was supposed to be scheduled, but SAF did not reply or answer, admittedly their staff did offer us a “W”. Dullnoobpwner considered it a win.

Delta’s Demands
Our division demands a few things from the MATCOM.
BRING BACK COMBAT UNIFORMS
The fatigues, non-combat uniforms for the Delta Force are awkward looking and it’s unfitting for anything other than PTs, which we don’t even do.
We request the following uniforms to be put open and resold.

DIVISIONAL TEAMS
We demand divisional teams be added into Fort Hood, to better represent our division and for other people to represent theirs. It is much easier to teamchat and communicate when you have a team, not to mention it signals your division’s activity to other people on the leaderboard.
Use the BA solution - Team only appear if someone is in the team ingame.
Delta Command Review, 2022 (Top secret)
Having worked with Delta Command for a while now, I’ve decided to write a review of what I thought of the individual command members from my viewpoint. However, the opinion comes from my viewpoint and factors, such as time zones and activity, may contribute to the amount of bias. Needless to say, one should take this document as a suggestion rather than literal.
XOs:
BaIeygr aka “Myth”
Myth is certainly capable of Delta administrative jobs, and is a experienced veteran who adapted his personality from “clanner” (being monkey) to a more mature mindset, in a way much like Battlerogue. Myth personally is stubborn and can be inconsistent at times, and his actions are more focused on reminding people (such as adding clarification to shouts) rather than systematic changes.
Like a battlerogue, he can be forceful and indecisive, sometimes resulting in a flip-flop from mine.
I’d describe him as a messenger, he is clearly oriented with the goal of clarifying announcements to people, showing that he cares about making people follow instructions more clearly.
Activity, however, could improve.
6/10
UCs:
Dawghouse aka “Doge”
Dawghouse is more of a thinker than a doer. I personally think he is very idealistic and has ideas that contradict the very system of USAF itself, such as the fact that he wants to change the organizing (such as rank-sync, divisional realism) of the group itself, which is not realistic. He is obsessed with making Delta Force ‘more realistic’.
He is mature, active and disciplined, with a good amount of combat skills and yet easygoing and chill.(being a mod at th3lt).
Overall, I think the best part about Doge is that he’s a good thinker and is open-minded, capable of brainstorming many ideas while most other people tend to be followers or doers. Thinkers are what we need in the HC portion (though thinkers who also do, are the best).
I think he can be more realistic, like instead of trying to change how USAF works, he can work around the system without trying to change it too much.
6/10
D_ishonor556 aka “Dish”
Dish, compared to other Delta HRs, is more laid back and easygoing in regards to systematic changes. He is less focused on discipline and maturity and more focused on how his division (ODS) works and offers his insight and advice for the Delta HRs with his vast experience, after all, he was my rival back in 2018 and we’ve had a long time together. Also, he’s been in the inner circle for a long time and understands how we work and think.
I personally think he’s a good choice to keep in IC, even if he’s retiring. His easygoing attitude is a counterbalance to the rigid, more mature vision of Battle and Toby.
His activity, currently is excellent for what he is, having retired. Also, he is open to unconventional views and opinions, and is considerably less stubborn than the other HRs.
Like dawg, he’s a good thinker and can brainstorm a lot of ideas, and I don’t really have much criticism towards him.
6/10
Unsainted aka “Toby”
Toby, compared to other HRs, is a fairly recent addition to the HR columns and his experience comes mostly from USAF and scrim teams. Certainly, he is not very popular among Delta members, especially those that step out of the line, and he is very stubborn and firm on his beliefs.
His way of thinking is less based on personal feeling and more based on systematic enforcement of rules and a more rigid view on maturity. Therefore, I think he fits the role of a justice head well (and other administrative roles).
Toby is better suited for systematic work rather than abstract work (thinking), combined with his stubborn personality makes him perfect to enforce rules and promotions without bias.
However, I think he can be less rigid and less critical of Delta, especially in regards to the Pentagon, he should analyze more about ideas, whether from us or them, before making a judgment on it. He thought listening to the pentagon would make our division more liked, which has happened and failed.
Honestly, Toby has a strong and stubborn mindset, which makes him perfect to do things without fault, but could ease a bit.
7/10
BattIerogue aka “Battle”
Battlerogue is a through-and-through clanner, with vast experience on leading raids and good combat skills, he is currently a VAC member (he has been VAK?) and the rigid discipline in VAC sharpens his vision for maturity in Delta.
He’s considerably more serious than other HRs and it shows in his action. He has built changes in Delta that are well defined, so that certainly shows he is both capable of doing and thinking (most HRs are only capable of doing one well)
However, like Toby, battle can be rigid and critical towards things, especially rules and policies in Delta. Battle is obsessed with discipline and organization, which is shown by his progression system that he manages.
He, however, can be forceful and likes to do things his way. For example, his progression system was done without consulting others like me and he outlined the DSS tryout plans, which was not agreed by me either. He has the initiative to host officer meetings, but does not conclude them which can cause confusion.
He is a systematic doer, like Toby but more experienced and dedicated. I think he can listen more to other people and take a less aggressive stance on implementation of changes, consulting other people in the IC before making changes.
Overall, he’s got very strong visions and dedication to do them, but his ideas (such as the progression system) puts lots of stress on himself and his forceful way of doing things may lead to changes before flip flopping.

Delta Force USAF mission, 2022
Delta Force USAF support network/mission
_________________________________________________
With recent development on offloading the responsibility of USAF progression from main group to divisional, it is our responsibility to ensure that our members receive the best support in USAF.
Delta Force, with the goal of integrating with United States Armed Forces, has a vast support network for progression and support within USAF. We do our best to help our members with USAF matters with tailor-made support. We want our program to be comprehensive, supportive, and efficient.
____________________________________________________________
Section 1: Rank Progression
In the United States Armed Forces enlisted ranks, which is PVT-SGM, progression is done by USME and divisional staff. People can be promoted by completing an automated obby course and then attending Basic Military Training offered by USME drill instructors until the rank of CPL. Afterwards, CPLs are required to join a division in order to progress further into the ranks, and members are currently monitored by the respective divisional staff.
Delta Force offers weekly promotions for both USAF (until SGM) and Delta ranks (until Commando), if members complete their quota by 150% (15 APs). We input those members into the promotion board, and then they are promoted upon a BGEN+ run the board with a command.
____________________________________________________________
Section 2: Officer Ascension Corps
In the United States Armed Forces, people can join OAC by passing an application, which are routinely released by OAC staff and users passing the application will be invited to join OAC, and be promoted to WO (Phase 1 in OAC). Delta Force offers users to progress through OAC more easily with our support network.
Users are required to have an officer job to progress from Phase 5 to Phase 6. In that case, we offer the passage. Squad leader is considered a staff position, while senior instructor is considered a HR position.
At phase 6, users are required to have a recommendation by XO/CO of their division in order to progress. Delta Force high command offers a personalized recommendation for members with an outstanding reputation.
____________________________________________________________
Section 3: USAF support
As a prime division of USAF, we have many staff with advanced positions within USAF and even other divisions. Many of our members are officers in USAF and some are even High command members. We are overseen by Corraris and Commander Cob4ne, offering a close and immediate connection to the high column of USAF.
We offer a platform for combat development of USAF in addition to the protection of USAF bases. We serve as the connection of roblox clans and USAF itself, helping to solidify its position and support the ROBLOX combat community. These are expressed in defense/scrimmage/raids.
We have ODS, the subdivision in charge of protecting designated VIPs, which are divisional HRs, BGENs+ and ambassadors, assuming that they request our support, and the subdivision also deals with counter insurgency matters.
We have the TF442, which is the raiding and scrimmage focused division of Delta Force, and it is filled with experienced and skilled members.
____________________________________________________________
Section 4: USAF Combat improvement
By serving the image of an exclusive division with a menacing presence, we can serve as a role model for USAF and as a desired division with a vast amount of tryoutees, we can encourage the development of combat skills among USAF members by forging community engagement with ROBLOX combat. Members attempt to improve their skills in order to join Delta, giving them a purpose of improvement to further progress their USAF career.
____________________________________________________________
Section 5: Events
Delta Force organizes events for USAF members, including public raids and MILSIM-focused events, helping to diversify the content of USAF events and forging relations with our combat focused allies.

Delta Force Command Results, 2022 (Top secret)
Introduction
A total of 18 responses were received on the Delta Force command survey, in which 3 responses were removed due to invalid input (trolling). The results are released in below:
Escortttt
Escortttt has received mixed responses on his performance. He is praised for his ability to “do his job” in ODS but can be inactive and immature.
Noteworthy response:
A person who promise but not working in his job, He made an Announcement to make a overall guide, Till now HAVEN'T done for like 2-3 weeks. He is good but he's not doing the things that we need it to learn from him.
Dawghause
Dawghouse is praised for his “chill” attitude, activity and innovationness, which one user has mentioned that it makes him “shine over others”. Users mentioned that they wish to see Dawg doing more than just “managing uniforms”, but they do not see the full picture.
Noteworthy response:
He's very good at implementing ideas and brainstorming but doesn't often get far with them due to a lack of experience with USAF culture, like a dreaming child
Battlerogue
In general, battle did not receive much complaints; He is praised for his strictness and efficiency but can also have a more laid back side.
Noteworthy response:
He is one of the officers most likely make a hard way of events or making the course very hard such. But he is professional and we like it.
Toby_XIX
Compared to most of others here, Toby is a controversial figure and three troll responses (2 of them put others as 10 and Toby as 1) were deleted.
Users have mentioned that Toby is a “discord mod”, apparently digging on his approach to discipline matters. He is mentioned as being effective and very responsible, but could also be “emotional” and overreacting to matters where a second thought may be needed. His activity was criticized by many responses.
Noteworthy response:
Activity: Almost never hosts events, and rarely ever shows up to regular Delta Force events. Attitude: Toby is not the most positive person and can at times be negative, he hardly ever toxic when interacting with Delta Force members. Effectiveness: Despite many people not agreeing with the way he handles certain situations, he is quite effective at his job. Community: Relatively active within the community. I cannot say his interactions with the community as a whole reflect what the majority of what members of Delta Force want to see or hear. Innovation: Relatively little innovation on Toby's part, although he possibly does things that many of the enlisted personnel in Delta Force have not seen. Leadership: Although he can be effective in leadership, his responses to taking control of a situation are often times over reactions
DeadlyMyth
Again, like battle and dawg, there aren’t many complaints about Myth. One user mentioned that he could be more involved in managing TF442.
Noteworthy response:
Activity: Quite active in hosting and participation of events. Attitude: Serious with a dash of chill. Effectiveness: Although I'm not in TF-442, often times myth seems effective at leading TF-442 in defenses and raids when he can, and is experienced in his field of work. Community: He does sometimes make decisions that put him at odds with TF-442 and Delta Personnel as a whole Innovation: Can't say much for innovation Leadership: Has the capacity to lead TF-442. TF-442 membes can be rowdy at times, not only in discord but also in Fort Carson, but he has shown the capacity to keep them under control, especially through, often times extreme punishments.
NS_Shard
This one’s for myself. Users have rated positively on me and Delta, with not much complaints. However, I find the below two responses interesting
Noteworthy responses:
Honestly Shard, the only problems I have with you are in the differences you and I work. You're a more lenient, laid back type of person with different work flow and used to different structures of USAF special forces and it just makes it a bit difficult for me to agree with you most of the time but besides that you're good
This one’s from Myth. I do agree, I’m more of a community guy and architect, rather than a pure doer. I personally view myself as a creator, rather than user; though I try to understand from users’ point of view on how they interact with the division by asking.
acts like a spam hoster sometimes, don’t really see his leadership side at all
Maybe. It’s true that I spam host a lot, because I want people, especially those in my time zone, to have enough APs to pass the quota and it’s a good time waster, given the situation I am in (real life wise). I don’t display much “raw” leadership compared to other people, because while I’m active with the community engagement, I work in the back for architecture stuff, like how groups should be set up and rank purposes, so people don’t see much of it.
Delta Force USMA tryout, 2022 (secret)
Delta Force USMA Tryout Guide
Before shouting for USAF + Awaiting Tryouts you must make sure that you shout to personnel in the Delta Force discord. There is no specific format to shout for Delta Force personnel.
AWAITING TRYOUT/USAF SHOUT
Shout: A Delta Force Tryout is being hosted at Pads: [Insert Pad # here]
Requirements:
Black Skintone
R6
No hats, hair, accessories
Personnel Team
Fall in silently, T-Phase is active.
You can lock the tryout whenever you would like to, I recommend waiting around 10-15 minutes after shouting.
Make sure that no one is speaking, moving around. If a member of the tryout speaks without “PTS” you dismiss them.
Once you have locked the tryout, you will commence with introducing yourself and stating the rules of the tryout.
An introduction should go somewhat like this:
Welcome to my Delta Force Tryout.
Before we begin, I’ll state some simple rules.
You will use grammar this whole tryout, failure to use correct grammar will result in an automatic dismissal.
Talking is not permitted, if you speak without being told to speak you will be dismissed.
If you get dismissed from this tryout, do not complain. There will be more tryouts hosted at another time.
The only words that you will speak are, “Yes/No, [RANK], or [Permission to speak, [RANK].”
You will then have your attendees form a single file line on you then march them around. Marching can be from 1 minute to 30 minutes, it’s generally up to the Tryout Host. There is no marching route, but I would just suggest marching around all of USMA then go to the first obby.
First Obby:
After marching your attendees to the first obby, you will call for a halt, and tell them to Shoulder to Shoulder (STS) on the green lines.
You will then welcome them to the double obby.
It should go something like this:
Welcome to the Double Obby.
You will be given 37 seconds to complete both portions of the obby.
Green is the start, Red is the end.
Jump one bar at a time (steel frame).
Sprinting is allowed.
Cheating will result in an automatic dismissal.
You will now commence the obby, kill anyone that cheats, or doesn’t finish in time.
After completion of the first obby, you can then march your attendees to the Tower Obby
Tower Obby:
Welcome your attendees to the Towers.
They will be given 50 seconds to complete all three towers from left to right.
Timer stops when they STS.
After completion of the Towers, march your attendees to the pits.
Pit Obby:
Welcome your attendees to the pits.
Hell pit:
62 seconds to complete the pit.
Timer stops when they stand on the frame/platform.
If you still have any attendees after all of these obbies and marching drills, you will march your attendee/s to the classroom.
Classroom Session (can be done at the pits)
Paste the below to them.
There are three main but important rules that you have to obey during your duties as a Delta member.
1.Oath of silence, talking in team chat is to be maintained as long as you are on the Delta Team.
2.You must act maturely. You must wear the Delta uniforms and put on reasonable military themed hats, and a realistic skin tone or gray.
3.There is a weekly quota for delta members based on APs. 1-3 APs will be given depending on the event.
That pretty much sums up the classroom session. You can add/delete some things if you would like to. If you would like to include any event that I didn’t enlist you can. You can add breaching drills if you have around 2-4 attendees, and have Delta Force demonstrate.
Combat section:
Get them to a RCL bricktops (futuretops/trixtops), make them do greenland 1v1, autorespawn, open contest, 11 kills.
There are three choices that you can make.
CHOICE A
They will then need to beat you to pass.
CHOICE B
Ping an online CTP member (Black ops time zone) to 1v1. The trainee will then need to get 2-5 kills out of 11 to pass. (judged by the black ops member).
CHOICE C
Get an existing Delta member (online or in game), make him 1v1 the trainees. They will need 5-8 kills to pass
After that, DM the people that passed and send them Delta Force group and discord. Go to #tryout-vote and post anyone that passes, and wait for the CO/XO’s approval.
Delta Ranking Guide, 2022 (secret)
Delta Force Ranking Guide
(Created by Overlord NS_Shard)
(Everything that is currently written is subject to change in the future.)
_________________________________________________
Introduction
This guide aims to explain the logistical side for rank managers. The data in this guide is fictional and has been manipulated for educational purposes.
____________________________________________________________
Ranks and guide
Referenced from Commanding Officer’s ranks guideline
F.N.G - Pass a Delta Force Selection.
Specialist - 20 AP, requires an Operation Training Course event.
Operator - 40 AP
Senior Operator - 60 AP, requires a recommendation from an SL+
Commando - Commando is immune to demotion, but could be strike
Sentinel - Sentinel is immune to demotion, but could be strike
____________________________________________________________
What to do?
If a member has more than 10 AP, he will not be affected by demotion/strikes
If a member has achieved more than his rank’s required AP, he gets to be promoted
If a member fails to achieve 10 APs and is not in inactivity notice, he is to be demoted and stricken
____________________________________________________________
Step by step
First, go to discord and open up the leaderboard of the bot by typing /leaderboard
Copy and paste everyone from the list, from page 1 to page 5 into a notepad
Now, look at their names, and separate the people into three categories. Promotion, static (or unsure), or demotion. Do check the people in the DEMOTION category with inactivity notice.
Have they been inactive? Mark it down (this is important)
Now that you have gathered a list of people, it is now time to do the promotion/demotion.
We see the member FRIIENDD has 24 APs, so he will be promoted.
Go to his name, and change his rank.
Once done, on your notepad, mark it with “PROMOTED” or something to make sure you don’t double promote
Now that we’re done with promoting people, we’ll check out the inactive members.
From the list, we can see that the member zuqea is inactive, and does not have an inactivity notice, but he is a sentient and thus immune to demotion. So, we’ll give him one strike for that.
Next on the list is Ectaxys, who has 3 APs and is an operator. So we’ll demote him and give him one strike.
The member, Chlefke3, has 2 strikes already, and is still inactive without an inactivity notice, so he should be exiled on the spot.
After this, you will kick the person from discord.
After you’re done with all of these operations, you will get the top 10 people with the most APs, and announce that you have done the promotions.
Go to the bot’s dashboard and head to settings, scroll down to the bottom
Press “Reset Balances” and reset the APs
Congrats! You’re now done with the promotions!
Delta Force AP Guide, 2022
Delta Force AP Guide
_________________________________________________
Delta Force uses an activity point system to determine the activity of its members for evaluation purposes that can lead to promotions, demotions, purges and so on, judged by designated Delta HC.
The current required APs per week is 15.
The current required APs for TF442 per week is 8.
Drills/Patrols/Gamenights: 1-2 AP (long events, lasting over 20 minutes, may grant 2 APs)
Defensive Trainings/Tryouts: 2-3 AP (long events, lasting over 25 minutes, may grant 3 APs)
Raid/Defense/Scrims: 3 AP
S-Instructors+ may host special events (such as community events) that are outside of designated events above, and may give 1-5 APs depending on the duration and importance of the event.
ODS
_________________________________________________
The subdivision of ODS provides two ways for its members to gain APs, patrolling and guarding. Therefore, ODS provides a supplementary way to earn APs.
Patrolling: Members can patrol for an hour for an AP, being logged in ods-patrol-log.
Guarding: Members can guard VIPs for an AP. Depending on the duration and importance of the event, up to 3 APs can be given (must be determined by S-INS+ or ODS Captain+)

This document was created for the sole purpose to outline the Rules and Regulations of Delta Force. Failure to follow any of the stated rules and regulations below will result in either a strike, demotion back to OTC, or a removal from Delta Force. All members, including HICOM, and Officers must follow these simple rules, no one is above the law.
To keep up with our own reputation, there are some simple rules that you must follow to enjoy your time here in Delta Force. Delta Force is known for having this ‘elite’ mentality and having a high skill-based community, and for the sake of you and your fellow Operators, we will ensure that you are trained properly and informed before being allowed to participate in Delta events.
Standards and Regulations
Oath of silence (OOS). Speaking out of team chat to communicate with Personnel or anyone is strictly prohibited. Team Leaders+ are exempt from this, and may freely speak out of team chat using grammar, and maturity. Operators may be given permission to speak out of team chat by an Operations Chief +.
Common sense and having the maturity to stay composed in official events, or un-official events is to be expected. There is a big difference between trolling and having fun.
Communication channels must be used appropriately. Deviating from the main objective of any event will entail consequences unless it is said in a chill mood by those leading the event.
All Operators are required to maintain a professional attitude during all events. If you fail to act professionally and sow discord among everyone, you will be severely punished. Don’t be an idiot.
Under no circumstance, unless given permission by the Commanding Officer may you alter the uniform into your custom desire. Only uniforms that should be worn are the ones in the group store. More uniform regulations can be found here: Delta Force Uniform Guide
Ridiculous looking hats are banned from being used while wearing your uniform. If an officer deems your hats to be inappropriate and/or not matching our theme, they have the right to tell you to remove your hat(s). The same policy applies to faces as well. Packages will not be tolerated at all.
All Delta Force Operators must respect their superiors and their comrades. Racism, negativity, or harmful behavior to others within the group will lead to a swift removal from Delta Force and blacklist.
Recruiting Delta Force Operators to another division inside USAF is considered poaching, and will result in a permanent blacklist. Unless that said division has a stable HICOM, progression system, and Officer Core.
Progression
Delta Force operates under a reward system called “AP” or Attendance Points. Attendance Points are given at the end of every event, and depending on the type of event that is hosted, you may be rewarded more AP. Using the command “/points (USERNAME)” in the #bot-commands channel will show you how many points you have at the moment. Keep in mind, if you leave an event early, you might not be qualified to achieve the maximum amount of AP for the said event, and may only receive partial points.
AP is reset on a weekly basis. AP requirements can range from week to week, depending on the current activity within Delta Force, and the current time of year. For example: The AP required for a week during the school year could be 10, while the AP required for a week during a holiday could be 20.
Quota is closed on Sundays at 10 PM EST. All AP that is logged after that time period will count for the next week. If you can’t complete your quota for the week, you may request a quota excuse in the #quota-excuses channel. You are granted two quota failures before you are officially striked. Repeat offenses of failing your quota will either result in a removal from Delta Force or a demotion.
In the past, there has been mass confusion on how much AP should be given per event. This document will clear up confusion and provide a baseline for all Officers when giving out AP.
Tryouts: 2 AP for the WPA portion. Additional 2 AP for the combat portion. = 4 AP
CT/DT/Patrol: 2 AP for staying for the whole duration of the event.
Special Events (Inspections, mass patrols, VIP protection, Parades): 5-6 AP depending on the host.
Squadron Structure
C Squadron:
Serves as the primary member base of the Delta Force group. You’ll find that C Squadron has the highest member count, and is usually the most active Squadron. C Squadron members are considered “normals” or lower skilled tier players. Even though their skill level is on the lower level, they have the highest activity, and are the most eager to learn. C Squadron is the entry squadron, most members once they complete their OTC course will be placed into this Squadron.
B Squadron:
Members in B Squadron are people that aren’t in the North and South American Time Zones (PST, CST, EST). B Squadron and C Squadron are on the same skill level when it comes to gunfighting and roleplaying capabilities.
A Squadron:
Considered one of the best units throughout SOCOM, A Squadron excels in high value target protection (VIPs), general combat capability, and displays high levels of discipline and maturity. Members of this squadron execute orders swiftly and smoothly, with little to no mistakes. They are the most reliable and the most skilled of Delta Force, attending high risk operations.
G Squadron/ Task Force 141:
Considered the best of the best. Primary elite raiding force for the entirety of SOCOM. Task Force 141 has been regarded as the most elite and prestigious exclusive division within USAF, and as such there are high expectations of members. 141 members are handpicked from Delta Force and undergo rigorous trials to ensure they are qualified to be accepted. Filler rank for 141 members.
Divisions
Task Force 141:
The prestigious sub-component of Delta Force grouping multiple operatives from across the globe in order to make an effective strike force capable of conducting covert operations, unconventional warfare and even counter-terrorism as one of its many missions under operational control of the Special Operations Command Circle, colloquially referred to as “Inner Circle”.
Entrance into Task Force 141 is grueling and demanding to own up to the exclusivity of being part of the elites. Prospects may take up to months in order to be invited through multiple evaluations and selections. Every characteristic about prospects is taken into consideration when creating an operator of such caliber, thus the reason for the lengthy process.
Conclusion
This category serves as a disclaimer that this document is subject to changed at any point, and you will be notified accordingly if that so happens to be the case. All rules and regulations stated on this document will be enforced strictly, and by reading this document you are agreeing that you will accept any punishment given to you if you happen to break or disregard any of the standards and regulations in this document.
Delta Intelligence Agency, 2022 (top secret)
The Delta Intelligence Agency is a new intelligence agency tied to delta operators and handlers. It acts as the elite intelligence group of the modern military community, capable of sophisticated methods of surveillance and efficient delivery of agents.
Our mission is to deliver our Intel agents to places where normal agents from FBI, CIA cannot reach due to lack of combat capabilities, discipline or most likely, knowledge and experience of community operations. Hence, we brand ourselves as the ‘elite intelligence agency’.
To this day, our operations are mostly directed towards foreign groups that possess an possible threat to the Delta Force division and USAF itself. The availability of intelligence ensures we're a step ahead of others.
DIA agents operate on various methods of communications, including peer-to-peer (DM) means, discord servers or group chat. Depending on the privacy the agents and the operation require.
DIA agents are trained and instructed on a range of surveillance, infiltration and concealment tactics to ensure maximum security and privacy.
Entry into the DIA is strictly invite only by me.
You may DM me for enquiry.

Delta Force MILSIM Training
_________________________________________________
A MILSIM training is a training which lets attendees experience combat in a realistic and immersive environment. It is also where officers and attendees can be creative. (The place can be in Delta Force Academy and any, preferably that the usage of admin is not restricted)
It is an event of freedom in which it can be anything from tank combat to dropping from cargo planes, as long as you can find the place for it.
To begin a MILSIM training, announce in the Delta Force server.
Once you have your attendees, introduce yourself and make them call you your rank. This part may be skipped if your attendees already know you.
Get your members to wear Delta uniform (or something military like)
Assign them weapons (give them a M4 or something, depending on the place)
The rest is up to you, an ideal scenario is a “capture the Russian General”, with BLUFOR and OPFOR teams (wearing different uniforms) and having attendees to roleplay as both teams.
Once done, get everyone to STS on a place, and give them APs.
Depending on the length of the MILSIM training, if it is like 30+ minutes, give them 3 APs

DELTA COMBAT ACADEMY
Delta Force Course
OVERVIEW
The Delta Force Course is a course placing emphasis on combat instruction, skills and knowledge regarding ROBLOX combat. The course will turn the average USAF soldier to a Delta standard operator, from communications, knowledge and combat skills. Individuals go through four phases before becoming a Delta operator.
COURSE PHASES
Phase I - Indoctrination into Program
In this section, students will be interviewed on their motivation, ethics and experience regarding related topic and will be drilled on basic commands such as faces, jumping jacks and would be made to do obbies. This section warms the students up in preparation for later phases, in which we’ll be covering.
Phase II - Combat indoctrination
In this section, students will be drilled on gunfighting strategies, tactics and couple of other stuff. Students will be taking part in multiple TDMs
Phase III - Mentorship
In this section, students will be put through an menetorship program with a selected instructor, in which they will regularly train with each other and the instructor will be overseeing the student’s improvement. This phase is expected to last a week.
Phase IV - Exam
In this section, students will be tested on their skills with a DCA instructor, in which he will be tested based on his tactics, aim and movement. Depending on who is the instructor, he may even be expected to beat his instructor.
HOSTING
Hosting the DF course is rather simple. For the Phase I, follow the steps.
1). Get everyone to group up at the Fort Hood building (see picture below)
2).STS the students and wait for perhaps a minute
3).SFL them and march into the Left Wing (inside the building), inside ask everyone to STS at the side. (see picture)
4).Get them to go into the room and put on the Delta Uniforms, once done, get on the last of the SFL line.
5).Note: Disconnected people are exempt from the uniforms rule.
6).Get them to STS at the side of the “Office”. Make them enter the room one by one, one at a time.
7). When the student is inside of the room, ask them three questions.
Why do you want to be a Delta member?
What makes you a good potential Delta member?
Do you know what Delta Force does?
Take note. You may dismiss the student if the answers are *really* stupid.
8).Once done, march them to the FORMATION ground (see image)
9).Do some faces with them, and make them do about 10 JJs and 3 HJs (helljacks). You may make them do wedge or whatever formation you come up with as well
10). March them to the obby, and make them do the obby. Cheating (skipping the entire section or not restarting, relax a bit on this though), and expect them to do the obby within 8 minutes. Student is failed if he doesn’t do it within the time.
11). While STS on the obby, pass the remaining kids, and toss them into Phase II.
Moving onto Phase II, in which it should be done quicker than the Phase I. Move them to a THELT server that you have admin.
1).STS them.
2).Teach them about the following
Don’t play in FPS
Popshoot if you are drained
Play unpredictable and dodge
Crouch behind cover to prevent being shot
Press = to remove hats to lower profile
3).Explain the guns, SMG RCL Reaper 8 and M-71 and their performance characteristics.
4).Do a TDM round. At the end, take note of their damage. You may kick a student if he is not doing very well.
5).Bring them to Bricktops, Varcia, Labs and SMO and explain their terminal location and some basic callouts, such as “raider obby” and so on.
6).The remaining students will be tossed into Phase III.
Hosting Phase III
1).You will be assigned as a mentor for 4-5 students, sometimes more.
2).You will be throughout the week, sparring the student daily on a 1v1, noticing his AIM, DODGE and GAME SENSE.
3).If you think the student is good enough, move him into Phase IV.
Hosting Phase IV
1).Phase IV is a exam for the students on a 1v1. In which the Delta instructor must 1v1 the student and ask him few questions.
2).Depending on your skills, if you are not very good the student will have to beat you, if you are like me or Dull then you should only expect them to get 2 kill out of 5.
3).If you think the student is good enough and passed the 1v1 stage, ask him few questions like what has he learned, and some quiz about combat.
If the student passes this Phase, he is officially a Delta Specialist
If he failed, tell him to train more and get back to you for the exam.

SOCOM (Delta soon) uses a different system compared to other divisions, and has a different culture, so it is vital to know some of the key points before reading the below.
SOCOM only has high command ranks (there’s no command), so anyone UC+ may be considered a command member.
In general, SOCOM command members are not that active, acting more as an overseer or decision approver. In the clan world, it is much harder to remove someone because reputation matters more than rank, and the fact that SOCOM is independently run which limits what J3 and other USAF departments can do. SOCOM is currently overseen by Cob4ne, who is a CINC in USAF.

[DCA] Prologue, 2020
DELTA COMBAT ACADEMY
ABOUT
The Delta Combat Academy (D.C.A) is the latest addition to the USAF community from the Delta Force division. It is currently in a 2 month trial run stage for experimental purposes.
Created in October 11, 2018 the DCA is built up from scratch with the experience gained from academy divisions of different groups, the DCA is fully committed to train, mentor and exchange with the members of USAF. Our goal is to uphold the gunfighting traditions of military community and to provide a sanctuary for those who would like to learn.
MiSSION
Our mission is to provide a engaging, enriching and immersive environment for the soldiers of USAF looking to learn the art of roblox combat, offering a individualist customized course for each individual looking to hone their sharpshooting, leading and officer skills. Soldiers in the programs will be encouraged to spar each other in a harmony environment to further sharp their skills to become the ultimate champion.
The DCA also serves as the platform for USAF's combat development stage, standardising our cooperative operations with our divisional partners, such as Dell State Police and 1st Infantry division.
ENTRY
People who are looking to join the D.C.A will go through a rigorous application check, with emphasis placed on their knowledge, experience and in some cases, ethics. Some knowledge about USAF and TPS combat are expected from the applicants.
Once the applicants succeed in their application they will be receiving an response with an invite to the DCA discord, in which they will be given roles and be provided with discord benefits, including access to courses offered by the DCA and discord communications.
COURSES
The available courses had not been decided yet, but they are expected to be similar to the following proposals.
Certified Combat Trainer Course
A course with emphasis placed on combat instruction, hosting skills and basic technical knowledge regarding weaponry, places and players. Completion of the course grant the user the CCT role on the USAF discord.
Delta Force Entry Course
A course with the ultimate goal of enlistment into the Delta Force division without having to attend an tryout. Soldiers in this course will be subject to rigorous combat instruction and drilling.
Delta Gold Medal(DGM)
A course with the ultimate goal of the achievement of the Delta Gold Medal, which will be recognized throughout USAF divisions. Soldiers will be subject to rigorous sparring instruction and regularly testing. This will be the hardest course.
FAQ
It is expected from the DCA that there will be lots of questions regarding the topic, and it is our job to clear up the myths, confusion and misconceptions.
Will there be a group for the academy?
No, we won’t have.
Who will operate the DCA?
Delta Command staff such as myself (shard) and Dullnoobpwner, and Forski will be operating the DCA with the help of the instructors.
Will members of other special force divisions get special ranks here?
Unfortunately, the Delta Combat Academy is operated and associated with the Delta Force division, for now we haven’t planned anything for other divisions yet.
So I don’t have to tryout for DF if I join the DCA?
No. You have to enlist into the DCA Delta course, in which you’ll be subject to rigorous training. In this course there are testing as well as to maintain the standards for the Delta division.
What if I pass a Delta Force tryout while in the course?
You’ll granted an honorably graduation from the course and will receive the Delta role on DCA discord.
Are members of other special forces divisions allowed into the academy?
Absolutely! People of other divisions are more than welcome to join the DCA, but they won’t receive any special benefits.
I’m a combat instructor in MARSOC, will I get a role in the discord
No. You won’t receive any special benefits from being so.
How are DCA instructors chosen?
We choose our DCA instructors by their skills, knowledge, activity, ethics and experience. Our combat instructors are picked from Delta instructors and are subject to a rigorous final selection.
CCT Course? What will happen to current CCTs?
It is expected that some less competent CCTs will be reformed during the release, requiring them to take the CCT course.
Will there be CCT certification and other titles handed out without courses?
Yes, especially CCT. Some people are competent enough and are verified by DCA, thus are granted certain certification without an formal graduation. This is not common though and is usually reserved for veteran delta members.
You mentioned that the DCA is on a 2 months trial run, what does that means?
The DCA is a experimental project from the delta force division to do a trial run and research of how would an combat academy turn out. If DCA proves successful it will most likely be continued.
CONCLUSION
We hope with DCA will be successful and be the inspiring force for people to train on roblox’s combat, as well as to preserve its legend, we also have the goal of training roblox’s next champions to prepare for challenges in the future, and ultimately for the USAF.

Delta Force Vehicle Regulations, 2022
Delta Force Vehicle Regulations
_________________________________________________
Introduction
This regulation guide will deal with the regulation and rules related to Delta vehicles in the United States Military Academy, specifically, the golf carts but may apply to other vehicles in the future.
Vehicles are defined as vehicles assigned to the Delta Force division (including ODS), such as the golf carts. Other vehicles (other division’s golf carts and the rocket) are not under the jurisdiction of the regulation. (Delta members may operate other division’s vehicles while being on Delta team, but different rules may apply depending on the division).
____________________________________________________________
Usage
Section 1: Usage
Usage or operation, is defined as the driver (someone in the driver seat of the vehicle) with the intention to drive the vehicle, use it for any purpose including transport and driving. (Exemptions are given if the user does not intentionally use the car, like simply helping to park it better)
Usage or operation of the vehicle, is only permitted by Squad Leader+ in Delta Force, or Sentimental Instructor+ in ODS
Transport of any non-Delta personnel, can be granted by the driver in charge of the vehicle or someone higher rank than the current driver.
Unit Commander+ have the permission to grant any Delta individuals to drive the vehicle for any purpose, albeit this is kept to be the minimum.
____________________________________________________________
Cars
Section 2: Cars
There are two golf carts in the Academy, and they are designated with different purposes. In case of a situation that requires two cars for ODS usage (such as transport of many VIPs that demands two cars), red permissions are granted.
It is generally recommended that car 1 be kept to Delta usage, and car 2 be kept to ODS usage; If the situation calls for it, ODS have the priority over two of the cars.
Car 1
General use
Operated by Squad Leader+ only
Can be operated by ODS Sen. Lt+
ODS have priority over this car
General use
Operated by Squad Leader+ or ODS Sen. Lt+ only
ODS have priority over this car
____________________________________________________________
Rules
Section 3: Abuse
Misuse, or any malicious usage of the vehicles, will result in one or more strikes granted by the Justice Department. Some misuse of the vehicle consists:
Intentionally ramming your vehicle to a training (or crowds of people)
Using the car and driving over people to ‘kidnap’ (make them sit in the seat) them
Annoying people by stalking them with the car, even asked not to
Ramming other golf carts
Of course, you may unintentionally break the rules, such as disconnecting when driving, which may cause you to ram into a training. In this case, if you are able to prove that you did not have a malicious intention (such as disconnection or lag), a strike may be appealed.
Nevertheless, it is recommended that in the case of poor performance (‘lag’), it is not recommended that you drive close to the pads to avoid accidents.
Delta force tryout, 2018 (secret)
Delta Force Tryout
A Delta tryout is a competitive event in which soldiers of USAF compete for the spot to be in the Delta Force, the ultimate combat division.
This document illustrates the method to do an tryout.
Depending on your event and the trainees, certain aspects of your tryout can be modified to adapt to situations; this is just a general guide.
1.Shout the link in the #event shout in the main channel.
@US Personnel Be in the most elite division of USAF. A new future with black0ps0perator.
Delta Forces tryout.
YOUR THELT LINK
2.Join the server
3.Line the trainees up, make Delta wedge on you or something
4.OPTIONAL - Shout the tryout on delta discord as well to get Delta to represent the division
5.Wait for few minutes (5-10)
6.Let them talk among themselves during that time period
7.Slock after the time, force PTS. Also remove the link on the shout and add “SLOCKED”
8.Explain to them that they are trying out for the most elite, special division
9.Explain the rules (Make it minimum damage in order not to be eliminated, recommended 800 to 1400)
10.Eliminate those who failed by kicking them
11.Repeat the rounds until there are 2-5 people
12.Get people to 1v1 the trainees. (recommended 5 outscore)
13.Notice the above: It is recommended that you use 1st SFOD personnel for that, if not available, then judge based on the delta’s skills. No one expects any trainees to get one kill on me, but if it’s someone else, then require the trainee to get 2-3 kills.
14.Shout CONCLUDED in wherever you posted the shouts.
15.If you do take in people, DM me and DM the invite link to the new personnel

Delta "Laws", 2022 (troll post parody of VAK)
Comrade, you are here to learn.
Law 1: You are to refer to all higher ranking Deltstanis as "Sir" or "Ma'am", XOs+ as "Lord", and the Dellkiller123 himself as Sire.
Law 2: Deltstanis are expected to maintain high professionalism and maturity at all times, no matter what.
Law 3: Deltstan is to be your primary group at all times, and your main priority.
Law 4: A lazy Deltstanis does not deserve to be a Deltstanis at all. Inactives will be removed or demoted.
Law 5: The use of faces is highly prohibited. While some can be used, it is highly recommended/suggested that they are not to be used to an extent.
Law 6: The use of grammar and punctuation at all times.
Law 7: Never surrender. A Deltstani never backs down from a fight, no matter the current circumstances at the time.
Law 8: The most important law of all, which is respect. Respect is something you give and get in return.
Law 9: Deltstanis are to not use all caps at all, the only exception is for Officers to clearly state their orders in order to execute a plan with ease and full understanding.
Law 10: Never leave an event, specifically a patrol or raid, without telling the host or raid/defense leader at this time. Doing so without informing can lead to a loss.
Law 11: Deltstanis are to remain in teamchat at all times.
Law 12: Defending against the Delta Empire is not allowed under any circumstances. You will be placed for treason and named a traitor.
Law 13: Online relationships with any other Deltstanis are prohibited and WILL get you exiled if any trace of online dating is found.
Law 14: Showing sarcasm and negativity to your comrades in the Empire is prohibited even if it is a joke. Negativity = Toxicity.
Delta Vehicle Parade Guide, 2022 (secret)
Delta Force Vehicle Parade Guide
_________________________________________________
Introduction
This guide deals with the basics of operating a vehicle and how to make the best use of it under formation.
____________________________________________________________
Usage
Section 1: Usage
In events or situations that demand the usage of vehicles, such as the golf carts, one should make the best use of the vehicles by operating them in a mature, disciplined and organized manner.
When you drive a car, please notify others so they do not regen it. Losing a car on a parade is embarrassing!
____________________________________________________________
Formation
Section 2: Formation
In general, one should have soldiers around the cars. Cars should operate in a convoy manner (unless the situation demands them operated independently).
Soldiers should be facing forward with guns down (F); Depending on the situation, you may tell the soldiers to turn around or face the sides.
Before is an example of soldiers facing the side, this is especially useful when the convoy is stopped so the soldiers can ensure all corners are covered, increasing situational awareness.
Please drive slowly so soldiers can catch up!!

Driving
Section 3: Driving
For general driving, no adjustment of setting is needed to operate the car; Simply speed away holding W. However, in a convoy, you may want to make driving the car more comfortable for you and the VIPs.
You may want to press “M” to change to semi-auto transmission mode; Here, you can shift by pressing Q and E without the need for a clutch. As the golf cart is extremely quick accelerating, I recommend you to adjust gears accordingly.
On Gear 1, your max speed is 13MPH which is a fairly brisk pace, and should be used in emergency convoy needs.
On Gear 3, your RPM should be low while retaining the speed; This makes the car quieter, and slower accelerating (less jumpy); Simply keep tapping W to keep the speed you want, I recommend 6-10 to conform to the default walkspeed of roblox characters. (Shift to Gear 1 if you need power to climb uphill)
The golf cart is notorious for its poor and unpredictable driving characteristics, so one should keep the traction control on at all the times to prevent drifting; Although, even with TC on (it’s on by default) the car can lose traction very quickly, by braking, running into a pavement, turning and even simply accelerating.
The golf cart will simply drift every corner if you do not have TC on; Good for showing off your skills, but you shouldn’t play around in a parade.

Shard’s Manifesto to SOCOM, 2021
Shard’s Manifesto
Let me preface this, this document does not discriminate, or slander individuals in SOCOM. I do not support any slandering against anyone in SOCOM, and the document avoids Ad Hominem.
Author
I’m NS_Shard, and I’ve been a member in both USAF and SOCOM since 2018, having been CO and XO of Delta Force and SOCOM, and other major leadership positions, including Supreme Marshal of IRF military, BA SAS CO/XO, Captain in RIC, TNI Officer, and various leading positions of TGR divisions. My specializations include raid leading, community and administrative works. In addition, I’ve been closer to USAF nowadays, having joined MP, USME, and Army in order to better gain understanding of USAF.
Introduction
SOCOM, as we know, is considered a “dead clan”, even among the SOCOM command and their associates. The activity, be it raiding, DTs, or even regular events (such as USMA tryouts) are propped up by a few officers. However, the trend is that the officers are increasingly opposed to the idea of hosting; Why? Decreased skills (increased chance of losing), decreased activity (hard to rally people), decreased prestige, decreased credits.
SOCOM, in addition to its loss of prestige and respect among the USAF community and clan community, has another big problem - OverBloating. Many features are added to SOCOM (such as SOU requirements) just for the sake of adding features. Many jobs are added to SOCOM just for the sake of having jobs (SOU Commanders). Overbloating is not exclusive to SOCOM, however. It is a problem in software development where a software has gone on for too long, and developers are adding many features just for the sake of attempting to attract more customers and increase longevity.
Many new High Rank in a group, whether they propose or actually implement their ideas, greatly contribute to the bloating problem. Those people attempt to shape the division to their needs/vision by adding what they see as ‘good’ features, usually propped up by weekly hype. This isn’t exclusive to SOCOM, but also groups like IRF, BA (BA is notable for that).
A recent example of that in SOCOM is the SOCOM Trials program that has been re-introduced by new XO Avr. He reopened SOCOM trials program, that allows an amount of people who ‘barely meet the bar’, to join SOCOM, gaining access to the Main Activity Center (General Chat). In a division with 248 people, why are the standards being further lowered? Have we become another Falcon C?
Anyone telling you that they can make a division ‘great again’ by simply adding new features, or wiping everyone, is a liar and not to be taken lightly. It usually kamikazes the division, taking the command and all the users with it. This has happened a lot on BA SAS where a new CO wipes everyone, invites his friends, gets demoted by Marcuses and loops.
Many ‘new features’ in SOCOM has been tried by me in the past, in 2018 and 2019. Most of them have been proven to be failures, either due to lack of activity or morale on the officers’ part. E.g. Delta Combat Academy and United States Combat Program. Clearly, people aren’t learning from the failures.
Background
Why things are that way, requires a brief explanation of the SOCOM history. When I founded the new SOCOM with Forgiven, I had the idea of Delta Force 2019 style in mind. After a while, COB4IN decided to introduce someone completely new to the genre and division - TreeRex64. TreeRex64 introduced many changes, including Departments, SOU progression system, and more hierarchy culture. He prioritized other clans, and was not active; yet, we as XOs had to gain his permission to do a little bit of things, be it inviting someone good into SOCOM, or making a small change (such as a role for a event).
All that contributes greatly to overbloating. But the worst change is the focus on rank. The lower ranks are given less freedom, when CO gained more. Eventually, the people who remained in XO ranks, were of the obedient and hierarchy types. Those people would go onto and become the later CO, that includes Boot and the others. VEssentials, the current CO, who we would call Ryan, relaxen it a little bit. But the culture is still there.
The average Instructor in Delta Force of 2018, had more powers than the XOs of today; Let that sink in.
For more about TreeRex:
Course of Actions
If you’ve made it that way, congrats. Like I’ve said above, I wouldn’t advocate “Remove everything! Reform all the SOUs!!!”, but a slower, softer approach to return to the olden days.
Ranks: Instead of there being many XOs, and many ranks, I’d advocate for a lower number of people in this rank. Make XO position more exclusive, but increase the power for those below them as to reduce the need to compete for it.
Purges:We have the AP system for a reason, we should purge those not active on chat and not attend events.
Purge After New Command:The New Command shall purge those who have been inactive and do it once.
Re-evaluation of veterans: Veterans should be actual veterans. And purge the vets in the group if they are not on the discord.
Re-introduce group limit:SOCOM should be an exclusive division, not a division that will soon rival MP’s size. With kicking of veterans that are not in the discord, the size should reduce greatly. Limit should preferably be 150-180
Put people where they belong: People who are good at the game and leading, but don't do anything administrative? Put them as a raid officer instead of an administrative position. Operation Chiefs that host raids but ask for others to lead? Remove his rank.
SOUs: Scrap the SOU requirements and return to it being skill-based. Reform Unit Commanders so that instead of leading SOUs, they would be a board of judges, and put people in the SOU based on skills. In addition, UCs should be able to lead raids.
(The justification for SOU is that it helps make people more loyal. However, I can’t see any evidence for that. People were just as active and loyal before SOUs in 2018-2020)
Departments: Completely scrap departments, useless and only clogs up SOCOM. Instead, give roles (like community shouts) to people who're good at communicating with the community, OC to anyone who’s good at leading instead of meme stuff like Warfare Department and Officer trials.
Reconsider acceptance: We’ve accepted someone into SOCOM for simply having a deep voice, for being female, for being friends with the social circle. We shouldn’t accept anyone just to raise our divisional number.
Reform SOCOM Administration: Removal of sub-divisional command, admin roles, only give to people who are actually in a command.
Removal of social circle roles: Daddy Aries, Special Operations Medical Unit, kingpin, e-girl of the year? Remove those roles, and rename “kingpin” to Commanding Officer. These roles only serve to de-standardize SOCOM, complicate logistics, and display favoritism.
Reuse Hall of Fame and medal system: People should gain medals/HOF for things they’ve achieved, not be given a social circle role like VALCOM.
Reintroduce officer meetings: Officer meetings shall be re-introduced and officers+ should have their opinions heard, not just the CO (Thanks TreeRex)
Removal of CO approval for small decisions: XOs should be free to announce things for example.
Reintroduce Challenges: Such as the officer who hosted the most in a month.
Closer connection to USAF: With the clan community that is steadily on decrease, especially in AEST time zone, SOCOM should be more about the community and internal combat (such as CTs). We’ll still raid, though!
Evaluate SOCOM trials system: The idea of SOCOM trials is good, but it requires considerable resources on evaluation staff, and Avr, like other XOs, are less active nowadays. We should look at how it works and decide if it’s worth it.
Removal Senior Officer/UC limit: Those two ranks should be what they say: Senior officer - Experienced officers (not ‘my friends’), and Unit Commanders should be judges. If someone’s been SOCOM officer for a year, and he’s denied promotion to Senior Officer because someone else has the spot, that’s really stupid.
Accept Constructive criticism: The new SOCOM Command since TreeRex era, were quite known for barring those who doesn’t agree with their ideas from officer positions and even downright exile them under the guise of ‘retirement’; Freedom of speech needs to be restored.
Remove social circles from Command: People of a certain family were freeranked to officer ranks, this needs to be dealt with.
Remove accelerated program: Unused idea
Removal Alpha/bravo database: Unused
Conclusion
The point of this document is not to slander any individuals, but to identify problems within SOCOM and solutions to correct them. I adhere to my idea of “less is more” and emphasize simplicity and efficiency, and fun over all.
If you have any questions, feel free to DM me.
I’ve authored Tales From Delta Force, a history story of Delta history.
FAQ
1.You said you want to make SOCOM have higher standards, and yet closer to USAF, how’s that supposed to work?
1A.Less clanners and friends should be invited to SOCOM, and more focused on local recruitment and training of such people (encouragement of TPS combat culture). Also, skill-based purges shall be activated with the use of existing systems, like the assessment events.
2.How would you keep SOCOM in 150 members like you said?
2A.Veterans in the SOCOM group will be purged if they are not in the discord, as well as skill/activity purges.
3.You have so many changes, but SOCOM is still running well.
3A.Groups, even with inefficient system, can run well; however, it decreases the quality of experience in the members, especially the XOs.
4.You mention a lot about being XO/CO, how is that relevant?
4A. In general, XO/CO sees lots more things than the average member. The average member may not see the inefficiency of the current systems, and certainly, the average member had no issue with TreeRex limiting XOs, because it doesn’t affect them much.
5.If you were to receive CO/XO, would you make SOCOM great again?
5A.There’s a limited degree of what anyone can do to make SOCOM ‘great again’. More free community? Yes, probably. Dominate every clan in existence? No, that’s not possible.
6.The current command are skilled and experienced, why shouldn’t they be here?
6A. Despite their skills and experience, they are inactive and are more focused on other games now, such as VALORANT.
7.X is a good raid leader, why shouldn’t he be XO?
7A. Being XO also requires activity (in-group) and administrative tasks, and interaction with the community, not just coming to events and leading them.
8.Old Delta was one of the best MMC clans, can we become Delta again?
8A. Old Delta had special conditions that allowed it to be what it was; the MMC community was alive and Delta had a strong, active culture. Nowadays, SOCOM is pushed to raid clans, the potential in “being Old Delta” is limited.
[1SFOD-D] Announcement, 2022 (top secret)
So...
With the lapse of time, things will happen. They may end, begin, or simply continue. Some for the better, some for the worse.
What's happened today has mostly correlation to Senior Command, though Delta Force isn't necessarily aware of this. To clear this situation out and furthermore avoid more conflicts of the same nature, I've concluded on making this announcement.
I believe we've all found ourselves having a problem with Senior Command before, or Pentagon at the very least. You may consider some of their choices to be wrong, or outright stupid, among whatever else you could classify an idea or change, and let's not forget opinions. While somebody can judge you, when you have authority over somebody, that judgment can easily become overriding. Where am I going with this? That very same group of people known as Senior Command does relate to this, pretty often. Everyone has the right to have an opinion, even over another opinion. I could say escort sucks, but Ethan could say the fact I think escort sucks -- sounds pretty stupid.
USAF Command and USAF SFs have a long way of conflict, even before recent Delta and late SOCOM. There's been uncountable arguments, misunderstandings, conflicts of the like: and because of any conceivable reason. Funniest part is, it's not always USAF Command who may start these conflicts, but also USAF SFs as well. Now I am not trying to slander USAF Command, but I do want to get somewhere with this.
It happens that during Tuesday, 31th of May: Delta Force High Command went through 4 problems at the same time. To begin with what's most obvious, former LTGEN truffle's demotion and reinstatement as ODS command. Truffle has been a long standing member & special guest of our division, gaining access to Delta Force and ODS as our gratitude to him.
After finding out about the unfortunate news, I decided I wanted to give truffle a position he could effectively occupy. I personally believe truffle can play a major role in divisions given his past experience in USAF divisions, as well as the ability to cooperate, brainstorm and contribute like an IC member, just to name a few qualities we look for.
The incident itself was Delta Force & ODS (nicknamed Truffle Fan Club, props to VCOM Wendee) who were notably discontent with the treatment given to truffle, the disrespect by the entirety of USAF and his seemingly anticlimactic demotion to SGM. This discontent (better known as 'bitching') seemed quite out of the norm, for which Wendee decided she must act on; effectively removing truffle from the ODS discord server. Now while this did get resolved, I didn't get the chance to speak directly to Wendee regarding this incident in a more in-depth degree, though I hope she understands my reasons for reinstating truffle to an ODS command position.
The second issue was Senior Command disagreeing with my decisions and planned changes within Delta Force. Cutting it short, they disliked the idea of us going back to a full time combat division and essentially wanted to rid of any possibilities where we returned to a state that compared to previous iterations of USAF SFs, such as SOCOM or late Delta, to name a few.
Third issue is the one I can not uncover entirely. Delta Force High Command had quite the issues with two certain people (who we are technically not allowed to name) that "infiltrated" our Inner Circle server, screenshot one of our shouts and tried to use it against me, blaming my person of 'corruption' and in other words: going against the will of Nathan & Senior Command.
We are quite certain this report came in anonymously, but as Zach once mentioned (and I quote); "If the trust is already broken, what else is there left to do". Going back to our old traditions, snakes are not treated nicely. Our Delta Force is not any different. While we do keep some things private to the eyes of Senior Command, I'm always open to answer or fulfill any necessities.
I've explained to Nathan my goals with the reforms in Delta Force because he believed halting USMA events wasn't a great idea. I do not care about people going out of their way to shittalk me or insult my name, but it's mad foul to leak shit anonymously and to instigate Senior Command to get on our ass for a promotion. I could be called corrupt any time of the day, but I ain't tryna keep a snake around.
The fourth issue is what had the most relevant consequences, also being the most recent one. The internal structure of Delta Force as a whole has been a reoccurring issue that every Delta Force High Command members aim to fix, whether it be through an improvement in one aspect, the addition of another or the removal of the same.
Ethan, Shard and I have discussed this issue and all our planned solutions; multiple times before. Our first conclusion was to turn all of Delta Force similar to a clan's structure, revolving around gunfighting and all of the like. While Delta Force members themselves did not disappreciate our decision all that much, USAF seriously did… or would have, at least.
While I do say 'USAF', I am referring to Senior Command themselves. They were against my initial decision and directed a word to me in regards to it. Appreciating the honesty, I did take Nathan's suggestions into consideration, as well as Ethan's own opinions in regards to my decision.
Putting all of that into work, I then decided to follow up on Ethan's concept with a few changes. His concept for our reforms consisted in dividing main Delta Force, ODS-474 and JFKSWCS from SCWD and TF-442, essentially creating this separation based on our different modus operandis.
Of course I believed the idea to be pretty stupid, but after endless discussion with Senior Command and my own High Command, I eventually had to comply with this concept and allow for it to build up so that Delta Force could come back as we want it to during the summer.
The structure works something like this:
Top of the pyramid is a Special Operations Command entity
The entity branches off onto Joint Special Operations Command and a long relation to ODS-474
JSOC branches off to a HQ element known as SCWD (Warfare Department), as well as 1SFOD-D (Delta)
1SFOD-D branches off to JFKSWCS and squadrons
SCWD branches off to TF-442 and (Delta) squadrons
It may be complex and hard to understand at first, but it's been built on a more realistic structure, that was my own approach in regards to a command structure for this many groupings within one division.
Now of course, for ODS-474 members: this may no longer be the case. I've recently announced to ODS-474 that the detachment, or better known as subdivision – is no longer operational after orders from Delta Force High Command. This decision was based on multiple factors, most of which were already made public to both ODS-474 members and the Commander of ODS-474. To summarize: ODS feels out of touch and is essentially our own version of the PFPA (Pentagon Force Protection Agency), which does not fit in JSOC as Delta Force does, given its nature is much unlike a SMU or anything of the like. Some other factors correlate to the increasing attention placed upon RP components of USAF, such as MILSIM. While others are more regarding the expectations of Delta Force's modus operandi, which comes from Senior Command as well. We have a lot of reasoning to argue with, all to just bring us a need to shutdown ODS for the time being and bring it back once Delta Force and 442 are both stable.
As I mentioned previously, ODS members are aware of this change and were told about this change hours in advance. We expect some of their command to transfer over to main Delta's instructor core. We may also reward certain members with advance in their promotions considering their efforts in ODS, as we wish to adjust to their comfort given the fact shutting down ODS was unprecedented and… possibly quite upsetting for some others.
The last part of this change is the transfer of duties. We often entrust one unit to do specific duties which may not be done by other units as easily, or not as effective compared to the original unit. We do this to isolate the purpose of one unit from another, and thus give more originality to each unit within JSOC. We wouldn't want 442 to do ODS' job, would we? Having that out of the way, Delta Force will certainly be receiving two new components to their line of duty. The first one being the protection of the U.S. Military Academy, as well as counter insurgency. You may know Delta Force as the special operations force that belongs to USAF, so obviously you may expect that we're the ones who know how to defend USAF best. While that is correct to a degree, most duties regarding counter insurgency (anti raiding for noobs) and protection of USMA was left to ODS themselves, as to increase the originality within each unit. We wanted ODS go have their own unique line of duties, so we entrusted them to make sure USMA was crystal clear of cringe 12 year old retards who just bought a ROBLOX weapon gamepass and began shooting up innocent personnel.
Now the most relevant one, the protection of VIPs. ODS' most vital duty, purpose, meaning. It is within their very soul to assure the safety of our Pentagon members, as well as allied ambassadors and our own High Command members. Now, VIP guards were always safeguarded to only a certain number of people, known as ODS-474. We trained and focused on the most useful practices and strategies to guard our VIPs, and succeeded every time. Given the fact ODS personnel is now transferring to main Delta Force, Ethan and I decided to make a course or school that would certify Delta Force operatives in Close Target Protection and operations of the like, where main Delta Force would learn the tactics previously used by ODS and follow on to receive a certification or golden star on their uniform to allow them to guard VIPs at all times. Now of course this sounds stupid, so we'll leave it to our most realistic option. Summarized:
UC+ may assign Delta Force to guard anybody, even themselves
List of priority goes as follows: Senior Command > Pentagon > Delta Force High Command (only if requesting guards) > Allied ambassadors
Delta Force may be authorized to guard anybody on our range of VIPs, but may not consider themselves authorized until UC+ has deemed them so
Anybody with the certification may guard anybody on our range of VIPs, at all times.
And that's it. I will now sleep.

Commanding Officer of the 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment - Delta,
