It has gotten so bad, that I have a blanket over myself at all times, I don't even go out to piss/shit or refill water until it is extremely necessary. I sleep a lot and when I wake up, I just get this feel of dread and doom. I hate my life.

that sucks hard. if i was born in India i would likely exercise throwing rocks or something to be able to kill some guards in order to steal their equip and use that to get me ahead tbh. which would be very tricky to do since most areas in India are busy with people.
