No I am fully aware of the fact that there are incels that will NEVER ascend no matter what they do and being a nearly 40yo virgin (KHHV) chances are extremely high that I am one of them.
The thing is as a virgin my age I still feel tortured by doubts. I want to achieve absolute certainty that I am an incel.

Words of wisdoms. Although I practice some of OP advices like those:
1. Go hit the gym as soon as you can. Start today if possible.
4. Get the best education you can and spend any time you don't spend on looking for a foid on learning.
7. Avoid wasting time with shit like Tinder. It doesn't work for you. It only works for chad. You need to get in touch with women in your local area in real life.
8. BE LOW INHIB!! Don't take it personal or give too much of a fuck if a foid rejects you. Don't think doing so will kill your self esteem if it fails or something. If a foid rejects you: Fuck it, next!
9. DO NOT COLD APPROACH: It doesn't work as uninstall has proven quite impressively. You need to build up social circles where you get to talk and meet foids several times before you can ask them out.
10. Get a job where a lot of your customers or colleagues are female. Be very careful though and make sure not to violate company policies. I.e. ask for their number but if they say no retract immediately.
11. Do not make any stupid sexual jokes. NOT EVEN IF THE WOMAN DOES IT. Woman often do jokes with a sexual connotation but once you reply to that with a sexual connotation yourself you have fucked up. You have to be a perfect gentleman until the point where you escalate i.e. by kissing her.

When talking to a woman NEVER NEVER NEVER tell her how miserable your life is, how you are concerned she might find you weird, how you hope she won't reject you due to the acne on your back, how you feel insecure about yourself and hope she is ok with it. SHE DOES NOT WANT TO HEAR THIS SHIT. If you sell a used car you wouldn't tell the buyer you are so worried about the white smoke coming out of the exhaust because it might be a broken engine. You shut the fuck up and hope they will buy your product and if you don't then deal with it and move on. And if you run a restaurant you will not go to the customer and say: "Hey, your food just fell on the floor...do you mind eating it anyway?" Sell your product and advertise it as good as you can.
But honestly it just doesn't work. In my youth every girl I approached had a boyfriend, and I realized it's like women are never single. In my age(almost 30) just extreme rejects like single moms and landwhales are sometimes single. Not to mention they have tons of experience and I have none. I'm average height 4/10 and I regret time when I was trying to ascend, I get nothing from it. Even worse, if you try it in work you can be fired, and you can be ridiculed in social circles. 3. I wear medium-high end designer and I get my clothes complimented by other guys nearly on the daily.
4. In college atm, extremely hard not to think about foids when I have a high sex drive and the fact that I'm literally surrounded by them.
5. From everyone becoming an asshole to me since 2010, I can no longer socialize/make friends properly (had aspie therapy and it worked for the time being). Before puberty, in 2010, I was pretty popular. Everyone's a soyboy NPC fag who blasts out rap music and dresses in gay shit anyways, so I won't fit in.
