Movies are the best cope

and I don't mean npc normie films like Avengers (Marvel series), Fast & Furios and all that junk, but primarily incel films (mostly thrillers) Then Sci Fi classics come 2nd.
Simply awesome, because you can empathise with the protagonists.
My film recommendation today is Butterfly effect (2004)

If you want slow depressing post apocalypse movies I'd at least suggest The Road.

I watched the Butterfly Effect films ~12 years ago. Can't really remember them. Wouldn't re-watch as I can't bear to watch chads on screen anymore kek.

Videi games are a good cope, but you are technically not in control. Just like in rea life, you can only go the determined storylike/missions and free will is an illusion

I never liked scripted rigid games that try to walk players through an interactive movie. Just drop me in a game world free to explore.
