Brutal Most severe wound another person has inflicted on you?

For me it was a heavily bruised face and a bleeding nose from being punched multiple times by a kid I fought with in 11th grade. I lost that fight and humiliated myself, but at least I managed to inflict some damage and make him bleed before I fell over and had to accept defeat.
