Most ripped guys just have good genes and lift whenever, no time for bulking, counting calories, supplements etc

Another example of genetics/hormones ruling over all. I remember when I took gymceling seriously I'd read up on bulking and cutting, supplements, macronutrients etc, but whenever I'd see someone who was actually in shape 9 times out of 10 it'd just be some guy with good genetics who'd go to the gym when he felt like it and not keep track of macros, or intentionally gain weight for a few months then burn it off.

These guys used to get mocked on /fit/ or reddit for doing "brosplits" (instead of reddit-approved powerlifting routines), but they'd look better than redditors or 4channers every single fucking time. Of course this is because of genetics, if you made them swap routines the gymcels would still look like shit, but still. It was just sad to see these guys hitting the gym 5x a week, writing down every set in a notebook, literally logging their diet in a journal and for nothing.

The disparity in results from gymceling kind of reminds me of workceling (or pretty much all aspects of life). Some guys toil 12 hours a day taking no breaks, do a brilliant job on all their tasks, are never a minute late and never take a single day of holiday or sick leave, yet never get a promotion. Meanwhile 6'3" loud voiced Chad swaggers in one day, fucks up everything he does, but some foid in middle management takes a liking to him, promotes him and the next thing you know he's managing the hardworking incel and with twice his pay.

Your genetics determine which game difficulty you play on.

Frame, muscle insertions and hormone levels are everything

I've met beer drinking, fast food eating chadlites with great genetics who party several times per week and lift a handful of times per month and they look good. Meanwhile the regulars at my gym are ugly, short, balding and they look like shit despite all their hard work

Yeah. It's crazy how men just seem to be blind to this too. Like the extreme worship of Zyzz's physique, the countless number of threads I've seen on /fit/ from dumb gymcels asking "how do i become zyzz mode?11?!. His insertions are legit 1 in a million, hell, rarer than that, and yet you have forums with millions of posters convinced they can look like him if they do the right routine.

Don't even get me started on fucking supplements though JFL. 99% of them are useless trash. Steroids on the other hand actually work, not that they're without their side effects (the most terrifying one being hair loss). Nothing is funnier than people spending $75 on some bullshit "test booster" supplement rather than actual testosterone for a cheaper price :feelskek:

the myostatinpill is brutal
chads literally gets born with a 6 pack while some people can crush their bodies lifting and still be skinny fat

lol

This is me, but it isnt a huge deal. I have good ectomorph genetics which help me keep a ripped physique, similar to Bruce Lee. But body is kind of cope in the end. Im a manlet, and in clothes besides muscular fitting shirts, I look like an insane twink. And then top it off with a truecel face and all my effort in the gym and good lean genetics mean nothing.

Its better to not be a fat ass at the end of the day

True. Genetics is pretty much everything or 70 - 80% of it at least, while nurture is the rest.

Some dudes can literally work out several times a month and reduce their bodyfat noticeably and lose 10 pounds (if they don't eat as much).

While others can workout several dozen times and diet for a whole year and only manage to maintain their weight or lose several pounds at best.

Same goes for track and field or powerlifting. If you have a long femur length relative to your tibia (lower leg), you will have shitty running form most likely and bad squatting mechanics. You can do things to tweak your form but it won't be the same as someone who has good genetics and doesn't even have to think about it because it comes naturally.
