Most philosophical books are worthless, especially modern.

Greek masterpieces alongside with scholar (maybe not scholastic) ones were pure of the modern nonsense. There's one trait of their origin that ennobles them: they weren't written for money nor fame. Philosophy used to be a noble art of spirit; with Gutenberg it became a word jugglery, aimed merely to give profit to the writer. It isn't anymore changing the world instead of just interpenetrating it, which Marx wanted to do, but bowing before golden calf of gynocentrism. Just look what modern, to be precise post Weininger(ian), philosophy have preserved (not achieved, because it existed before it): gynocentrism, hypergamy, monopoly of chad-bourgeoisie over breeding age foid resource and, as a consequence, creation of modern slave, a nonchad proletarian.

What did structuralism achieved? Hypergamy.
What did communitarism achieved? Hypergamy.
What did neoliberalism achieved? Hypergamy.

Blackpillists shall finally purify this noble art form the foid filth and break the neck of this self-consuming demiurge.

kinda true but oversaturated. They didnt "achieve", they intesified hypergamy

Some of them are pretty good at describing the hyper ironic society that lacks meaning in life, like Baudrillard's Simulacra and Simulation
Emil Cioran is also a pretty good almost blackpilled pessimist

I mostly mean political philosophy. I don't care about existentialism tbh

Is philosophy meant to be self help or is it to help me dominate my enemies?

I see a pattern in the evolution of philosophy. It was developing a theory of the mind and a reality beyond the material.

It's seems like the intention is to push beyond what can be known with our senses. Our own personal desires seem irrelevant.

There are many schools and aspects of it.

You're talking about metaphysics. It wasn't ended jfl, just take a look at Kant or Hegel.
