I made a post a long time back explaining The 5 Stages of Inceldom.

The first stage is denial, this is the sentiment on bluepilled forums such as r/inceltear.

The second stage is anger, the stage we are largely on, which is "masculine, violent, chad-like" as you described.

The third stage now should be bargaining. Let's try and work with each other.

This might lead into Depression, the fourth stage but, hopefully, once we start tolerating each other again, we will enter the fifth stage: acceptance.
