Imagine the following situation:
John creates a company that records on Paul as general director, but in fact, even if Paul is the "founder", John will still rule this company de-facto, because Paul doesn't do what is happening around at all.
Let's say the company is called "Emerald Technologies".

John create illusion about that the company has become a successful company.
Further, this supposedly successful company issues shares that actually exist.
The company's menu contains potential investors who can be assessed in price.
Another company that sells goods and services belonging to John to other people. Let's say the company was named "Broker Plus".
John in this brokerage company is recorded only as an ordinary employee of the company, as an ordinary broker working in the office of which this company allegedly hired.
In the company "Broker Plus" he buys shares in the company "Emerald Technologies", then "Broker Plus" begins to sell shares of the company "Emerald Technologies", which is successful and that the prices of its shares are growing and continuing to rise, to people of different strata around the world.
Broker Plus may be trying to convince buyers of the Emerald Technologies stock on the Emerald Technologies website, where people can see interesting and beautiful graphics in the video that Emerald Technologies stock is really going up.
Is this scheme a fraud? Exist risks of arrest of John? Indeed, even if law enforcement agencies suspect both companies of fraud, then John is not legally the head of these companies.

Some guy on Discord talked about how he scammed "pedophiles" into giving him money by posing as an underage girl.
He and a female friend used her nudes (they both were over 18) and used it to trick "pedos" into talking to him. He'd tell them he was 18, then 16, and say if you don't pay me money i'm telling the police, your work and your family.
liking a 16 year old isn't pedo anyway, especially when they used nudes of an adult woman.
But since he is from americuck he thinks that you are a pedo if you like anything under 18
also one of the guys killed himself after he got fired and wife divorced him and took the kids.
lol the retard normie scammer said that he wasn't in the wrong, even though a man killed himself over something he did

I didn't understand anything
