When I say this I don't mean shit like wokeness, female/tranny/fag characters which personally I dislike, but it doesn't faze me. One of my favorite games is Portal 2 where you play as a foid, or God Hand where there are some fag or weird looking characters. What I'm talking about is how everything regarding gaming, like everything else, has become hyper-competitive. Niggas are out there competing in Minecraft and Roblox, let alone shit like CS, COD etc. Even modding/mapping has become hyper-competative. I remember back in early 2010s when someone could publish a shitty map for Garry's Mod and it would get popular fast, while today you have entire teams making photo-realistic maps, the quality of which exceeds the one of the studio that made the game. No longer can you just hop on game ranger and play a casual game of age of empires, today you join a low elo match and everyone is running professional meta tactics.
