I bought the GTA Trilogy from Austria, and it says uncut and 18+ on the disc but the gibbing is missing still.
You can hack and slash with the ninja sword anymore.

You can still shoot off heads and arms and legs but iirc no blood sprinkles out like in the original games.

Fucking weak.

Ican still kick and beat downed opponents and they at least drop money.
They don't do that in the german version.

Year ago i heard a leak or something that rockstar would be implementing similar gore system like in rdr 2 and tlou so that would be the only reason for me to buy that game so i could massacre npcs with ultra gore physics

You could try dead island 2 the gore isn't the best but it's pretty decent compared to most other games
