What's notable is that just several months ago, federal prosecutors were arguing that due to his connections to the incel community, Sanchez posed such a danger to the community that they wanted him held without bail instead of home detention. Now they're OK with him being outside his home.

Since the case has disappeared from the public spotlight, the U.S. Attorney's Office has been noticeably nicer to him, which is a good sign. But he won't be back to streaming anytime soon.
