10 years ago I used to watch alot of MGTOW content creators like thinking ape (stardusk), Barbarossa, colttaine, CS MGTOW, spetsnaz, and turd flinging monkey who were my favorite channels to watch back in the golden era of MGTOW, and i HIGHLY recommend watching them (alot of the content is archived), it may not help you but it could help another man you know.

I still think MGTOW is the best option for sub 7 men as relationships or marriages with women aren't worth it (in the west at least) unless if you are chad/chadlite and even that is not guaranteed, e.g robert pattinson & kristen stewart, tom brady & his ex wife.
