I'm not a MGTOW but I want to talk about a small minority among sexless and dateless men who are happy that way and genuinely consider that the best option. According to me you can be MGTOW even if you have never had any romantic/sexual experience with a foid but those people are different than than people here.
You can be cel and also considering that laws, gynocentrism etc make romantic experiences with foids unworth it.
But those men are a very small minority between inexperienced men, the thing is that a lot of incels cope defining themselves as MGTOW to not admit the reality.
If you see couples in the street, you see your relatives talking about foids and you think "it doesn't bother me, I'm happy this way with my hobbies and I don't think sex and dating are important things".
In this case I consider you MGTOW, if this isn't your case, then you are incel.
If in the case a foid would give you a chance you would accept it, you aren't MGTOW even if you agree with MGTOW ideas.

Mgtow is totally different from incels in every way. Men going their way are not rejected at in any way . Mgtow men usually had a bad divorce with a bad custody battle a fear further female contact will lead to another bad divorce. Mgtow men are volcels period.
