Most of them are in their thirties so they have lower testosterone and they don't care about sex. They also pretend to be misogynists but really aren't. Ask any of them if they hate women and they'll say something like "I don't hate women for being hypergamous whores, it's just their nature." They're not real misogynists. They're posers.
MGTOW is the safe option. Incels are dangerous. We were banned from Reddit and have a hate sub dedicated to us. We are also considered a hate group by the SPLC and everytime shooting happens we get numerous femnazi articles written about us. MGTOW only gets the occasional tradcon article.
