The Coptic (Oriental) Orthodox churches rejected the Council of Chalcedon and because they rejected it, they don't hold of any of the Councils that followed it either, so it's theoretically quite a large point of divergence but I'm not aware of any other 'major' theological discrepancies that have resulted.

Practically there aren't huge differences between them and the Oriental Orthodox Churches are closer to Eastern Orthodoxy than, say, Roman Catholicism.
