TLDR: Nothing ever happens.

Basically we had no real traffic from that place anyway. Hardly anyone worth their salt even lives in that shithole. This is just another nothingburger. Pretty much any site traffic we get from there will be through VPNs now.

The only problem I can see is this possibly starting a chain reaction where more countries try to block this site. In that case ofc more of us will just use VPNs/Tor. It's not hard to bypass national blocks.

Ultimately, this she-buckle is a massive waste of time on their part JFL.

The way they block the site is through DNS requests as I'm still able to access it through a VPN server in Brussels so if you change your configuration to use a different non-ISP vpn you should be fine.

Especially if you use such protocols like DNS over https but VPNs will work just fine honestly, the only issue is signing up since you're unable to provide your real IP.
