It's not black and white. This is the height vs looks debate all over again. IMO they all contribute, it's just that psychology/neurology (especially pErSoNaLiTy ) is a lot less important. It also depends on what mental illness we're talking about. If it's PTSD, schizo, mild autism or epilepsy, it's not a problem for attraction.
