I personaly struggle with masturbation addiction very much, because it makes me feel tired and unmotivated and weak for a day after, but i cant really see nofap being possible for men like us who dont interact with girls at all and pretty much checked ourselves out of dating.
And i think very small number of incels are campable of going on a full religious monk mode where they can let go of all sexual thoughts.
