Entire gameplay design is badly designed and flawed. Everything is based around healers and tanks, while dps characters are overnerfed and rely on the healers since they can't outdps tanks lmao. Healers heal more dmg than Punisher can pump with his fucking rifle and shotgun was already nerfed, they are much faster, can stun/interrupt you while dps characters don't have those abilities.
What kind of retard designed this game? 90% of the time it's just shooting enemies that keep regenerating health and shields and only progressing when: A) enemy healers fall asleep out of boredom B) someone of your team flanks them and kill healers C) you quit that stupid game.
A lot of the times there will be two healers than can heal each other and you are fucked especially when they are using ultra overpowered healers like Mantis - she has high dmg and can boost her dmg even further plus stun you while also healing herself WTF is this shit?, jeff - has good enough heal and his ult with broken range can eat entire team and throw you into the abyss i swear it has like 40m range i was standing on the platform 5m above path and he eat me too despite being super far away, Luna also heals for a shit ton and is too damn fast so good luck killing her she can also stun you because fuck you.
Dps characters feel super gimped unless you use Hawkeye, Hela or Winter Soldier while half of the tanks have good enough dmg and insane HP/Shield (Magneto, Dr Strange, Venom, Groot), tanks like Venom have better mobility than most dps characters it's so damn stupid they can jump at you deal high dps and then boost their HP for 5 secs so they could have 2x HP and kill your ass.
Storm, Wolverine and Iron man feel ultra weak and can't deal enough dmg or sustain themselves against anyone, Magik has good mobility but low HP so she dies quickly and can't kill tanks.
Captain America can block or deflect your ultimates (yet another buff for the tanks)
