The Moralfag mind doesn't defend true morality, he defends what he thinks is moral and goes against things that aren't immoral (like marrying girls who are 16), just because he was born in an era where the age of consent of his country is 18
He'll also hate types of wars and things like polygamy and cousin marriage for no reason, only because they are viewed as bad and disguisting within his society
