You provide whatever county the needed revenue generation with your bail money, which he had endless supply. For poorcels and incels alike, not only could we not afford the bail, we would spend years in prison, possibly get raped by dark triad Tyrone, and when we finally gain our freedom, told to troon out or kill ourselves because we're undesirable, unlike Bam.
Bam is a very desirable individual. He's dark triad, drug user/seller, has a kid, neurotypical when sober, statusmaxxed and wealthy, which means the state enjoys the revenue generation he'll provide.
