Honestly starting to think im bipolar or some shit because i often have episodes where I have basically zero anxiety and for some reason feel intensely NT and i get massive dopamine hits over the day and sometimes even feel like a chad internally. These episodes r killed in two ways usually: i talk to someone and they bring up sex and a gf, or someone who mogs me into oblivion walks by and i instantly feel like shit and have my ego shattered. Then i basically spend the next few weeks rotting and staring at my pc thinking about nothing but suicide.
