A man has become the first person to be convicted for sending unsolicited dick pics. He sent the images to a 15 year old girl and a 60+ year old woman who screenshotted the image and reported him to the police.

I'm guessing many of us here have sent unsolicited dick pics to someone we have a mild sexual interest in. Apparently, the law states that sexual images sent without permission can be perceived as sexual harassment. So what determines permission exactly? if their is a mutual sexual interest between both parties then does that qualify as permission to people of consenting age :whatfeels:.

i do this sometimes

Foid judge, not surprised.

Make sure to report all of the onlyfans whores that advertise their page through social media DMs :D

he sent an explicit image to the child over iMessage, who was said to have been left "overwhelmed and crying".
Really tired of this notion that teenagers are little baby children. It’s not her first time seeing a dick and it won’t be her last jfl.

I think many of us did before the law came into effect, to someone of sexual interest that's above consenting age. It's scary to think how a dick pic can be used against you. I think if there's a mutual attraction then it's fine, like if they're reciprocating with sexually implied emoji's for instance (love hearts, winks etc). But there's many guys who airdrop that image to any random girl. like 'hi' then dick pic.

Many guys considered it to be a 'safe' form of flashing behind a keyboard opposed to in public but it now carries a criminal consequence. Guys get gratification from showcasing their masculinity, I guess for lonely men especially it's some form of validation.

Some will even threaten to screenshot you're dick and showcase it to everyone on facebook but there's laws against that as it's considered revenge porn. There was a guy who secretly filmed his gf having sex with him and posted it to his Only fans account charging 10'000 for it. The girl found out and he was subsequently convicted and fined £100k in a lawsuit.

He is also banned from approaching women he does not know on public highways and in parks for 15 years.
