Just a little context: I am on 52 days of nofap, woke up today with a raging boner, it has been pretty easy to get hard, even without porn, just thinking about sex in general could get me going quickly.

I plan on fucking an escort soon but I am really anxious person so I wanted to try phenibut. I did 200mg a week ago, I didn't feel good at all, but its a small dose, so whatever.

Today I increased to 400mg, I could feel my libido going away, because I didn't just lost the capacity to get a boner, I lost desire as well. I watched porn, visited hooker profiles, nothing is working. I took the 2 pills an hour ago so I know it's in its peak basically. All I could get with a lot of effort was a semi erection, and it felt weird, like it was not a "real" erection.

It looks like there are no shortcuts for me, no drugs I can use, and I am afraid I might not be able to get hard due to anxiety anyway... it's like my brain refuses to fuck JFL

the headache thing is real tho but they should go away with time as you keep taking it (ED and lost of libido not really, very weird indeed). I looked it up and it seems some people said they get horny at a certain dose but they lose libido with a bigger dose.

Also make sure you're staying off it inbetween days. Maybe try a small dose between 200 and 400.

The headache itself is not really a headache, but more of a feeling of pressure, like you're wearing a hat. It doesn't feel bad. Take some Tylenol.

If you can't get an erection, take horny goat weed and nitric oxide boosters on the day of.

Some people find it more effective if they take caffeine along with phenibut.
Personally, I don't like it, but it may work for you. I like the sleepy feeling and in fact take sleeping pills along with it.
And Tylenol does subside the "headache."

Any type of depressant has that chance of limp dick. It's unlikely. Even less likely it can be permanent, even after stopping the meds, but that is worse case scenario and not that likely
